Destiny can not be changed

This is a shorter chapter but feels more important to the future of the story.

Remember y/n remember your training. Opening my eye seeing a dark cave going down I quickly look for tuk. She was panicking. I folded my arm and leg so I could get more momentum.

Getting closer I stretch my hand out to her. She tries to grab it but fails. trying a second time I swing for her and hand lock.

Pulling her towards me "tuk hold on to me!" She does what I say. Moving my hand to my leg I grabbed the knife and my other hand was around tuk protecting her.

Stabbing the knife into the wall slowed us down but not all the way. The ground was in sight. As we were sliding down the wall the blade got stuck making me lose my grip on it and fall fast again.

I quickly use my body as protection and cover tuk body. I feel as my body hits the ground the impact sends waves down my body. Everything starts to fade from my vision. Stuck in an empty void.

In every direction was just a void spinning around one more time I see a tree it was a sprite tree except it was different from what Neytiri told me.

This one had its leaves going upwards kinda as if it was in the water. Walking closer to it. Moving my hand up and down it barks. Moving my hand away I look at it. It had water slides down my forearm.

Walking around it someone was standing there. It's… it's Kiri except she looks different. She looks tired and sad. Was it because of something I did or will do?

Stepping closer, stretching my hand toward her. My hand lands on her shoulder. She jumps and turns around to me. She had a shocked face as if she was looking at a ghost.

"Hey what's with the sad fa-" she crashes into my body giving me a hard hug." I'm sorry I'm so sorry" she kept repeating those words to me. looking at her closer she had wrinkles and dark spots under her eyes.

Her eyes were red and she looked beat up. Decided to find out what was wrong." what are you sorry for? You did nothing wrong" she moves her head up so our eyes met up.

" If only you never met me you would still be alive" hearing what she said I backed up away from her as the shock hit me. She faded away as if she was never there.

My vision started to get hazy. I feel my body falls hitting the ground.

The next thing I knew someone was shaking my body. My vision was it was not fully working right as it took some time for it to come to me. However, when I was able to see I saw tuk with tears fallin.

Leaning up I looked around to see where I was. It was a wide opening. Turning to tuk "tuk are you alright are you hurt?" I start to cheek her body, not seeing any injuries.

Because she was crying her voice was hard to hear a bit as she cried "I'm fine…im….im scared I want to go home" I pulled her close to me and hug her so she would feel safe.

"It's going to be alright remember I said I would take care of you if anything happens" putting my hand back on the ground.

I feel a vine-like texture looking down. I see roots where my hand was. Decided it was nothing, putting my hand on my leg for support, I stood up.

I move my hand to help fix my back to straighten up. I moved tuk in front of me so I could watch her. "Let's go, we need to find a way out as soon as possible" she nodded her head and started to go ahead.

Follow behind her before leaving the open caves space. I see a red liquid on the ground looking up. I see it was dripping from the space above where we came from.

My back was feeling worse as I saw the liquid. There was no time to think about this. I start to try to catch up with tuk. Though I was slower as I could not walk right.

The darkness swallowed me as I went after tuk.
