Life 2: Assassins Awakening

As the guards below screamed in fright at the situation and their young masters bloodied body laying on the ground like a corpse as a sea of thick viscous liquid flowed out from Adam's injured body.

"Everyone Wake Up Young Master Li's fallen from the fourth floor..."

"Quick call the ambulance immediately..."

"Doctor Huang!!"

Called out a nurse as she burst into the doctor's room, in obvious panic and fright as if one wrong step could lead to death.

The doctor in question raised his head from the ground as he looked up at the nurse.

"Doctor, there's a patient here that's fallen from four stories, this is an emergency the chief wishes for you to immediately begin surgery upon the patient."

"Right, I'll head there immediately."

-Emergency Room:-

Adam's body was placed on a table as they had begun the surgery, with each doctor masked and Adam's body had plenty of wires connected to it.

As it took his heart rate and such to see if he could still be saved or not. But the situation wasn't looking good.

At this point, Doctor Huang came in as he asked if the situation. "What's the patient's condition now!"

The doctor there, quickly turned as he pulled his mask replying.

"He's fallen from the fourth floor of a building landing head first, his sight is obvious to all and the situation of him just surviving is amazing normally such an injury to the head would lead to immediate death or extreme brain injury."

"....."

The silence was the only thing that came out of Doctor Huang's mouth as he stared downcast at the patient's bloody body.

Without a single word, the doctor speaking to Doctor Huang stopped his chat with Huang and immediately called out for an electric shock to the patient's body as to increase his vital signs.

"Quick Use The Defibrillator, increase the power Now!!"

Shouted the doctor as Huang had already given up hope upon the patient.

"The defibrillator is needed to cause a stimulus and force his nervous system to awaken and help us in helping him successfully."

Huang had broken the oath to help those in need and hadn't helped a patient even if he was most likely to die.

He didn't do anything as he looked upon the scene as nothing more than a show, it was a miracle the boy survived for this long but it was plain as day that this was certain death.

"SSSSST...!!!"

"ZZZZZT...!!!"

Were the noises that echoed in the room as the doctors hoped for more vital signs to appear and it seems their hopes weren't misplaced as this indeed was positive in their favour.

The patient's vital signs went up as the doctors began to get ready for surgery immediately.

They would do what they could and now the outcome of failure and success was no longer in their hands, all they needed to do was stay true to the oath they signed.

To protect and save those that needed saving regardless of whether it could lead to life or death.

"Start The Surgery!!"

Came the hurried response of the lead practitioner as he held his scalpel with not a single flicker of tenseness.

He couldn't afford to mess this up, he had to do everything in his power to save the boy.

He was still young he had a lot to live for, thought the surgeon as the child reminded him of his children.

"Damn it his pulses are going insane... It's Not Working!!"

"Increase the damn CHARGE!!"

Exclaimed the surgeon as he felt the boys life slipping every second he couldn't let this happen no, not today.

"ZZZZZT!!"

"SSSSST!!"

These sounds echoed once again as the patient's body was stunned up and down.

Still, his eyes were closed shut seemingly never to open again.

"DAMN IT, INCREASE THE CHARGE TO 400J NOW!!"

Screamed the lead surgeon as then and there, invisible white particles soared outwards from Adam's crown as soon they dissipated into nothingness.

Once this happened, the machines all went off as the number displayed became red, a zero was left as the life of Adam was gone for good.

Once this happened every surgeon within the E.R. became downcast as they had failed, failed to help, failed to save, failed to reinvigorate the child, they had failed him...

"The... The surgery was a failure, I'm sorry but we've failed... All signs of life have been... The vitals have all gone... gone to zero..."

The air in the room was extremely heavy and dense as they had all bared witness to the death of a child and they couldn't do anything to prevent it.

This miserly atmosphere seemingly made the room damp, as the only thing Doctor Huang could say was.

"... Contact the patients family... Inform them of the news..."

And with that, the doctor extremely downtrodden left the room step by step slowly as he felt ashamed of what just happened. They failed in saving the boy's life, this would forever stain the doctor's heart.

After Doctor Huang left, all the other doctors quickly cleaned up their equipment and moved out as the doctor that felt the urge to help the patient shook his head as he covered Adam's cold dead body once and for all.

With a blanket over him, the doctor left as he couldn't bear to look again in the room.

But what they didn't see was that 4 minutes after they had all left, the body covered with the blanket upon the table was rapidly moving up and down as it kept on shaking.

"RRRRRGHH!!"

Until the body stopped shaking and it fell back into the table with a heavy noise echoing as it did so.

"BOOM!!"

But luckily the body didn't break the table. As this shake happened invisible white particles, pierced the dead bodies crown and poured directly into the patient's body revitalising him.

As soon the machines all turned on as gradually the vitals started moving from critical zero into the tens, the twenties, thirties... The sixties... The Eighties... And a Hundred in just a few minutes!!

As the continuous shaking upon the table threw the blanket covering the black-haired boy, his body was once again seen in all it's glory as if having been supercharged the body was completely healed.

Then out of the white particles that pierced into his crown some particles headed to his neck as a small necklace formed there with a small blue gem around his neck.

As his eyes mysteriously opened for one second, if you stopped time then you would notice his hazel eyes had become brighter and brighter.

Until they became purple, and then they snapped shut once again.

And his body seemingly changing and growing within a few seconds he had grown by five centimetres as his height became 181 cm.

Too big for his clothes as his hands and legs poked out of his clothes, while his muscle mass began increasing tremendously until he had a muscular build before all transformations stopped.

Even though the boy's body had changed, he still hadn't woken up, as he laid peacefully upon the table with his hands and legs spread out.

Though the shaking upon the table caused countless nurses to become frightened as this was simply unnatural.

-The Next Day:-

Once the shaking had subsided it was already the next day, and the nurses that were frightened called over the medical staff of what happened yesterday, this caused them to check up on the 'dead' body.

Until that is, they found that the patient was healed completely and was merely unconscious as his body ripped through the school shirt he was wearing and his legs poked out of his trousers.

And his original black thorned hair had become gravity-defying as each lock of hair rose into the air, with his ears more pointed to the sides if one looked closely.

Once the nurses had stepped into the E.R. and saw such a scene they immediately called in Doctor Huang and his group.

As such a thing made no sense, how could one suddenly become more muscular?

How could they become taller? This whole thing made no bloody sense at all.

Once called the weary Doctor came in immediately and entered the room to see the change, it was unbelievable, no way was this possible.

Seeing such a chaotic E.R. the Doctor began to ask around what had happened.

"Why is there such a commotion, in the morning as well, tell me what has occurred within this room!"

Shouted Huang, as a nurse nearby frightened answered him while shaking as she began speaking due to such supernatural behaviour.

"Doctor... Doctor-Huang, yo-You see in the morning when we opened up this room to place the body in the morgue we witnessed an unforgettable scene, the corpse was shaking upon the table as if having been thundered.

And after a while the body laid flat but we saw that he had grown by a lot in a few hours."

Hearing this Doctor Huang was shocked as he had never heard of such a thing happening at all, and he noticed that the bodies limbs especially his hands had grown much longer poking out of his clothes.

As if his bones had grown after his post-mortem state, which was unusual, to say the least.

Taking a closer look he headed to the patient's body as he placed a hand upon his chest near his heart taking in the difference between yesterday and today to see if it was the same person.

But something else occurred he felt, "Te-Temperature...!!"

Exclaimed the doctor as he looked up and went to the computer system and saw that his vitals were completely normal as if he had fallen unconscious or something.

And going back he placed his hand near the patient's mouth and nose as he felt faint moisture coming out if his noise.

"B-Breath...!!"

Now he was shocked this was beginning to frighten him out, never in all his 30+ years of being a Doctor had he witnessed such a weird supernatural scene like this before.

The mere thought caused his eyes to widen as he began sweating in fear. As his hands and legs began twitching as he took in the pulse of the boy, no man looking at his body.

He could feel no beat happening from his heart as if the body had a stone heart.

But once he placed his hands upon the eyes to see whether this was just post-death movement he opened up his eyelids and placed a light on them to trigger an awakening.

And surely enough this triggered the body to shake once more as his eyes kept blinking until it stopped and he was awakened with fiery purple eyes staring into his soul.

The doctor took a step back as he turned his torch off, with the boy in wonderment turning to the doctor, as he said clearly and concisely.

"Who Am I?"

"Where Am I?"

The nurses nearby him began to shake until they fell to the floor as they remembered this was a deadman upon the operating table just a while ago, but now what was this.

He was alive. No, it couldn't be this was too fantastical, imagination, hallucinations yes that was the reason. As they curled in their bodies looking at a dead man talk clearly and concisely with no breathing stops.
