Chapter - The Punisher Kills

Hulk surveyed the scene, catching sight of a figure descending from the night sky, almost blending into the darkness with his black wings unfurled.

The figure landed gracefully, a gust of wind extinguishing the flames on the helicopter wreckage. As he touched down, his imposing figure came into view.

What defied his demonic appearance were the holy blades gleaming in his hands, aimed directly at Abomination.

"Who are you?" Abomination growled, sensing the threat.

"I am the Punisher," Frank Castle announced, brandishing his dual blades. "Your sins end here. Say your prayers."

Seizing the distraction, Hulk resisted, pushing back Abomination and freeing himself from restraint.

Roaring furiously, Abomination prepared to charge at Hulk again, but the Punisher was quicker.

With a flap of his wings, the Punisher closed the distance in an instant, slashing with his blades aimed straight at Abomination.

"Clang!" Abomination blocked one blade with his bone spurs but couldn't stop the other.

The blade, gleaming with holy light, pierced Abomination's shoulder, drawing blood and burning his flesh like fire, eliciting a pained scream.

Taking advantage of the opening, Hulk struck with a heavy blow to Abomination's face, knocking out a tooth.

Meanwhile, Nick Fury arrived at the scene, joining forces with S.H.I.E.L.D. agents led by Coulson.

"The Punisher!" Nick Fury recognized the demonic figure instantly.

"You know him?" Hawkeye asked.

Nick Fury nodded. "You've heard of the Punisher and his mission. I knew him long before he became the Punisher."

"Frank was a brave and honorable Marine with a happy family. It's tragic what happened... alas."

An agent queried, "Isn't the Punisher supposed to be dead? And why does he look like that now? He doesn't even seem human."

Nick Fury paused briefly. "I'm not entirely sure. Rumor has it he was resurrected and given extraordinary powers by gods."

"Even after his resurrection, the Punisher continues his crusade against crime, but now he's stronger than ever, keeping his battles quiet and out of the public eye."

Natasha suggested, "Maybe we can recruit Frank Castle into the Avengers?"

Nick Fury agreed, "That's a possibility. Let's discuss it after we've dealt with this situation."

Although Abomination was formidable, slightly stronger than Hulk, he couldn't withstand the combined assault of Hulk and the Punisher.

The Punisher's holy blades inflicted severe wounds on Abomination, each strike causing significant pain and trauma.

In no time, Abomination was battered and unable to retaliate, covered in bruises and cuts.

"Boom!" Hulk grabbed a car and hurled it at Abomination, sending him crashing through two walls before collapsing.

The Punisher unleashed a torrent of blue demonic fire from his wings, engulfing Abomination in flames.

"Ahhh-" Abomination screamed, rolling on the ground as the fire burned fiercely.

Despite his agony, the flames persisted, refusing to be extinguished.

Hulk approached Abomination once more, using a car to pin him down and smash him against the ground.

"Boom boom boom!"

The car crumpled, molten metal spewing from the impact zone.

Abomination struggled briefly before finally lying still amidst the flames.

"What's your name?" The Punisher turned to Hulk.

Hulk remained silent, gazing at Abomination's lifeless form with solemn breaths.

Betty approached cautiously from afar.

"Bruce..."

Hulk glanced at her, a flicker of warmth in his eyes, but he was no longer Bruce Banner, at least not in control. He ignored Betty's call.

Turning to General Ross and the gathering army aiming at him, Hulk bowed his head and departed with a few powerful leaps, disappearing into the darkness.

"Natasha, track Hulk. If you find him, try to communicate if possible," Nick Fury ordered swiftly.

"Understood." Natasha nodded, leaving immediately.

Nick Fury intercepted the Punisher before he departed.

The Punisher had reverted to his human form, appearing no different from an ordinary person. Surprised to see Nick Fury, he greeted, "Fury?"

Nick Fury smiled. "Long time no see, Frank."

Frank nodded politely, seeming reluctant to engage further.

Having lost his family and been resurrected, Frank felt disconnected from ordinary life.

"Is something wrong?" he asked.

Nick Fury replied, "You possess extraordinary powers now. Your display back there was impressive. Can you tell me what happened to you?"

"Death and rebirth," Frank replied cryptically.

"Incredible," Nick Fury remarked. "Rumor has it you received help from the gods?"

Frank remained silent.

"Well, if true, it wouldn't be surprising. I've encountered gods myself. Perhaps we've met the same deity," Nick Fury suggested with a smile, diffusing the tension.

"Getting back to business," he continued, "S.H.I.E.L.D. is forming the Avengers initiative, assembling heroes with extraordinary abilities to combat supernatural threats like that," he gestured towards Abomination's body in the distance.

"Would you be interested in joining?"

Frank hesitated. "A government organization?"

"You could say that," Nick Fury admitted. "Though we operate with more autonomy than a typical government agency."

Frank shook his head. "No, I don't think I fit in well with government oversight."

Nick Fury didn't want to lose such a powerful ally. "Why's that? You were an excellent soldier in the military."

Frank replied bluntly, "Maybe. But I doubt you'd approve of my methods."

"Your methods?"

"Dealing with criminals my way," Frank explained. "When I find them, I take them down hard."
