Battle Against the Thunder Vermillion Roc

"Do you really think you can take on the Thunder Vermillion Roc with your current cultivation? You won't even last 10 seconds against it," the Scarlet Fire Crow voiced its concern during the fierce battle.

"Even if I choose to flee now, I won't have enough time to escape. So, I'd rather face the Thunder Vermillion Roc head-on. At least in battle, I have a chance to fight back before meeting my end, rather than running and dying helplessly," Lian Chen declared, displaying his unwavering determination to confront the powerful adversary.

"Moreover, you're the first demonic beast I've encountered who would willingly sacrifice yourself for your offspring. I always believed that all demonic beings were cold-blooded," Lian Chen remarked, expressing his surprise and admiration for the Scarlet Fire Crow's exceptional parental instincts.

Observing the exchange between Lian Chen and the Scarlet Fire Crow, the Vermilion Thunder Roc grew increasingly agitated and initiated the battle with a burst of aggression.

With a mighty flap of its wings, the Vermillion Thunder Roc launches itself into the air, unleashing a barrage of Thunder-infused attacks. Thunderbolts rained down, threatening to engulf Lian Chen and the Scarlet Fire Crow in a storm of destruction.

Lian Chen swifty dodged the incoming thunderbolts, relying on his agility and reflexes to dodge the incoming attacks.

Whereas the Scarlet Fire Crow utilized its fiery wings to put up a fire protective barrier, shielding them from the incoming thunderbolts.

"Eat this, Fist of Soaring Aura!" Immediately, Lian Chen shot out a couple of Qi Shockwaves, countering the Thunder Vermillion Roc's powerful blow. With each exchange between both of them, the ground trembled beneath their feet, showing the intense clash between their forces.

Despite the impact of several Qi shockwaves hitting the Thunder Vermilion Roc, its body was incredibly resilient, sustaining nothing more than superficial scratches.

The Scarlet Fire Crow fought fiercely, its beak and claws aflame as it unleashed several fireballs towards the Thunder Vermillion Roc. The Roc countered with its thunderous roars and powerful gusts of wind, creating a tempest battlefield.

As the Thunder Vermilion Roc engaged in combat with the Scarlet Fire Crow, Lian Chen leaped into action, delivering a series of powerful Luohan Fist strikes. However, similar to the ineffective Fist of Soaring Aura, his attacks merely left superficial scratches on the Roc's body.

"Although it is not yet fully perfected, I have to try to combine the Lotus Blossom Palm Strike with the Lightning Rush to ensure our victory," Lian Chen contemplated, preparing himself to unleash the initial and secondary forms of the Lotus Blossom Palm Strike.

"First form of the Lotus Blossom Palm Strike, Green Lotus!" Lian Chen exclaimed, his fist surrounded by a flurry of green petals. Utilizing the Lightning Rush, he swiftly closed the distance between himself and the Thunder Vermillion Roc.

Unbeknownst to the Thunder Vermillion Roc, engrossed in its battle with the Scarlet Fire Crow, Lian Chen stealthily closed in. Before the Roc could react, Lian Chen's fist landed squarely on its stomach, dealing a powerful blow.

The drawback of employing the initial stage of the Lotus Blossom Palm Strike proved to be immensely challenging, as an uncontrollable surge of energy forcefully surged through Lian Chen's meridians.

In response to this overwhelming force, Lian Chen involuntarily expelled a mouthful of blood, staining the ground beneath him.

"Fire Crow, I know it's difficult but buy me some time. I need some time to channel my next move to end this battle." Lian Chen told the Scarlet Fire Crow.

Immediately, the Scarlet Fire Crow, set its body aflame, and rushed directly to the Thunder Vermillion Roc.

"Second form of the Lotus Blossom Palm Strike, Blooming Lotus!" Lian Chen exclaimed, and he channeled his qi, a radiant burst of energy surrounded his palm, resembling the form of a lotus flower,

"Move out of the way, Fire Crow!" Lian Chen's voice echoed through the chaotic battlefield as he synchronized his Lightning Rush technique with the second form of the Lotus Blossom Palm Strike.

"It's our only opportunity, strike us both!" The Scarlet Fire Crow responded with unwavering determination, holding down the Thunder Vermillion Roc with her own strength.

Realizing that this was the decisive moment to bring down the Thunder Vermillion Roc, Lian Chen made a split-second decision.

Without any hesitation, he directed his fist towards the Scarlet Fire Crow's stomach, simultaneously striking the Thunder Vermillion Roc. The impact reverberated through his arm as he unleashed the force of his attack, aiming to deliver a crushing blow to both opponents.

Unable to withstand the devastating blow from Lian Chen, the Thunder Vermillion Roc let out a cry of agony. It's body shook uncontrollably, and feathers scattering in every direction.

With that, the Thunder Vermillion Roc collapsed to the ground, lifeless and motionless. The battle was over, and the Advanced Beast finally met its demise.
