I've... Gotta be careful, that girl's body is beyond addicting. I'll forget my goals if I partake in that splendor too often. Oh, yeah, I promised her a date too, didn't I? We got 'married' and had sex then are going on a date? I'm not an expert on relationships, but just call it a feeling I have, I don't think we did things in the 'correct' order. I mean, whatever, whether we like it or not, we're bound together for life quite literally. So I think order went out the window.

Sure I could try and find a way to undo the spell, and honestly, probably could given enough time, but I have other things to do, and I don't really mind as much anymore. Well, I'll still find a way to undo it in the future. Because if she dies, I at least want to brutally torture whoever would do such a thing.

"Can, you please, get off me now? You slept on top of me the entire night. You're not exactly light, you know?" Did this chick just call me heavy? Never mind I won't torture whoever kills her if I break free of this blood-pact. I'll share a beer with him. Treat him to some food while I'm at it.

While I was thinking of ways to punish her or celebrate her unwellness she got tired of waiting and pushed me off forcefully. Tch.

"You're lucky you're cute, Airi. Otherwise, I would have thrown you much harder."

"Yeah, right. According to you, I'm heavy, so you couldn't even if you tried." Hmph. See if I take you on that date now.

"Aww, are you mad? I didn't think you were the type to get mad."

"I'm not, so don't worry about it."

"No, I will worry, look here." No! I refuse.

"Gosh, this is why you're the baby in this relationship." As soon as she said that she pulled me into her arms, one wrapped around my waist and the other grabbed one of my free hands then bend me backward like that one dance move I usually see humans do and passionately kissed my lips.

"Feel better now?" I just hid my face by turning my head and silently nodded. Maybe I have become more childish. When it comes to her anyways. Dropping the antics we went around town for a while. Eating and drinking, playing scam games that we came across and lost at each of them. Scam or not it was fun, so we continued on. We also took the time to buy some new clothes for when we go on dates or anything in the future. More casual clothing.

Well... I fully embraced my illusion magic and didn't buy anything, but I did make sure to take a mental note of all the clothes she liked to see me in so that I could use my magic to 'wear' those clothes in the future. She got plenty of new clothes though. We got a lot of loot from that rift after all.

Ailine was very energetically running around with me in tow. Bringing me everywhere she wanted me to experience. It's cute seeing her running around all happy-like. Now that I think about it, I don't think I've ever just relaxed and spent time with someone for a day like this before. I might be 16,000 years old, impossibly older than this sweet, lewd, but sweet girl in front of me, but she was the one giving me all these new experiences.

We were now just sitting outside the town in a field of sorts. Snacking on some food after dropping off our clothes and other items in our room.

"Ailine, while I'm still not entirely sure how to feel about the blood-pact, I can confidently say I'm glad I met you. I wanted to take this time to get to know you more. You're fun to be around and got a great body, but some more about who you are. Of course, you don't have to tell me, but I think you owe me this much."

"Plus, I would like to think we can trust each other, as we each have the other's life in our hands." It might be a little hypocritical of me to say, since I haven't yet told her about my being the Queen of Dragons, Airi the Holy Dragon of Golden Light, or that I'm significantly older than her.

She saddened for a moment while leaning into my arm as we were sitting side by side in the field. I wrapped my arm around her and brought her closer to me while slowly petting her head. She liked that.

"Treating me sweetly after taking me on a date so you can get information? Wow~ I'm hurt." Her words met a happy smile on my face. She can still tease and joke around. Then she must not be too sad. That's good.

"But, honestly, there's not much to say. My family was semi-rich and left me with a house back in the town we met, but they didn't want me. They never wanted a child, but they either didn't use contraceptives or were too drunk to pull out. They took care of me until I was old enough to live on my own. Sent me money so I wouldn't die and just left me alone."

Poor girl, she never got to learn what parental love is like. Sure, they didn't physically abuse her, but neglect from one's parents is also a form of abuse. It damages their growth. No wonder she latched on to me. I don't know how, but she was about to sense my aura and decided to take a risk with me if it meant escaping that town and her life and doing something she could only ever dream of.

"Don't worry, we don't have to go back to that town, and with me you'll see lots of new and exciting places. Did I tell you about the Lava Forest, or how about the glass island? Yeah, it's a forest where all the trees--" I told her about various places I'd been in my life during my adventures. She happily listened while leaning against me.

I'll tell her about my identity and my past soon. For now I just want to make her smile and forget her worries. After it started getting colder and darker we went back to our room and enjoyed the other's embrace and body warmth.
