"Alright, this is the plan. We can't sneak into there, it's Impossible. When sneaking up there, we can only bring about 15 of us, so even if we sneak in the council chamber, Guards will be posted inside it, furthermore if they scream for help, Guards will also arrive through the Door so it will be Impossible."
"I can sense a 𝘉𝘶𝘵 coming."
"But not if we lure them out. My Army only have 1,000 Men available right now, the rest are doing they're tasks. So with 1,000 Men i will launch an attack through the Gates of the Keep. Raganvad and several other men will sneak inside the Keep to try and open the Gates for us, it will be difficult but not Impossible. Let them ring the Bells, if they hear that i have come with about 1,000 men and i am going to kill the Magisters, the Guards will act. Now since the Magisters are paranoid, they will have about 1,500 to 2,000 men guarding them, meaning we will be outnumbered. That's where Calisto comes in. The Council Chamber is one of the Most Protected place in Braavos if not the Most. Meaning it only have two exits and entrances, the Main one, and the Escape one. They won't evacuate the Magisters in the Main one, the Escape door is made for that. So with the Battle outside, the Guards will be reduced. Calisto and his men will sneak through the Escape Route and when the Guards have been Reduced you will go inside, defeat the Guards, take the Magister's Hostage, show them outside and the Battle will stop. The Magisters Guards are mostly Mercenaries, so when they see that they're payment won't come, they will leave the Magisters."
"But why are you going to fight with the Men, My Lord? Shouldn't you sneak in with Calisto?"
"I am their target, if i show myself then they would surely order the Guards to attack me."
"That makes sense, but make sure you don't fall in battle."
"I won't. Now onto the next thing. Once the results of the Battle is in our favor and we rule Braavos, i will announce that i will form our new Kingdom."
""WHAT!""
They didn't expect this, not for a long shot. Even though he is Exiled and the kingdom he is going to form is small, the seven Kingdoms specially the Mad King who has gotten his title after the Defiance of Duskendale, will see this as a Threat, even the other Free Cities will.
"Arthur you can Form a Kingdom but not at this time! The Mad King will see this as a Threat! You know this! The Defiance of Duskendale made him think that everyone around him is Traitors! And now you want to Form a Kingdom! He will call the Great Houses of Westeros and go to War with us!"

After a long time of Silence, while Raganvad, Calisto, Ariana, and the Magisters waited anxiously, Arthur spoke.
"Then i won't do it. I will do it after i have raised a capable amount of Power, or after going to Valyria."
"We won't be able to Persuade you on this will we? Just like going to Valyria?"
"Pretty much."
"Well atleast we will have a chance of fighting then."
"Good. You can leave. And dont forget about the Magister's!"
----------------------------------------------------------------
"CHARGE!!!!!"
50 or so Cavalrymen armed with spears Rode through the keep, to help Raganvad and his men fight against the Remaining Gate Guards.
Bells were ringing all over the Keep and Guards were scrambling everywhere. Thankfully there are little to no Guards at the outer Keep, so they only need to focus forward.
"RAGANVAD! NOW!"
Instantly Raganvad and his Men moved out of the way of the Cavalry.

After three seconds, that felt like eternity, the Cavalry crashed into the small number of Men. The Impact of the Charge was enough to send the Men in the Front Flying backwards, and that is what exactly happened to the rest. 50 Cavalrymen with momentum against 20 Men. It was a Massacre.
After the Gate was cleared, the rest of his men to came inside. Just then about 500 men was seen marching at them from the Front, and sides.
"Testudo Formation! Praetorians at the Center! Legionnaires Hold the Flanks! Spears Out! Archers go On top of the Walls!"
The guards stopped just after the Formation have been finished. The guards were in Shieldwall Formation, waiting eerily for them to attack. It was War. A Cold War.
