It's totally possible CEO sin was never a nice person and it will not be shocking if he plan out something like this for his revenge ....
Akshay actually thought of this possibility before to and he mentioned this in front of Priya to but that time she said that she will take that head on .....

"she is totally fine... There is nothing to worry.. She herself call the hospital for ambulance"
By this they all entered in elevator for CEO use only....
