Ch–89A Promise(pt-1)

The culprit was caught by the new bodyguard for the captain. He struggled to get free but the guards were fast for him. They quickly tied his mouth and the limbs to stop him from killing himself or trying to run away.

Rosa dropped closer to the group handling the assassin. Her job was done but she also wanted to take a closer look at the captive. She approached the group. He has pulled away from the place. Just like it was reported there was nothing found on the body of the captive. He only struggled with anger in his eyes.

‘He is angry for failing.’ The shadow came back and floated on her shoulder. ‘They send assassins like pests. Not even worried about their lives.’

‘If they cared they would not be hiring like this. These people are pretty raw for the job.’ Rosa answered as she watched the guards move in front of her.

‘Spoken like a ghost. Do you think they hire ghosts for the same purpose?’ The shadow asked.
