Rosa was regretting trying to help the person in front of her.
‘This no-good guy just took his time, while you were getting punched and whipped.’ The shadow complained.
Rosa nodded her head in agreement. She sighed and folded her shirt sleeves. She moved forward to pull the man’s legs and help him to hide the unconscious guard.
“These people are not dead right?” She inquired.
He shook his head. “They are still my people.”
They watched the body in front of them. “Yes, the people who betrayed you and locked you up in the cell.”
“I didn’t say they are friendly people.” Alon lifted his shoulder and grinned.
‘He looks too happy for someone who was a death row prisoner.’ The shadow frowned behind her.
Rosa smirked. ‘He was not is. Let’s cut him some slack.’
She scratched her head and turned to look at her surroundings.
“Before the guards arrive we need to leave from here.” He took the pike from the guard and passed it to her.
