Ch–121 A trap(pt-1)

The carriage stopped a few distances in the yard. The castle was red with domes at the end of the pillars. The castle was large enough to hide the scenery behind it. Rosa watched the majestic view of the castle, but she was still disappointed. There was no one to escort them inside the castle except the knights in armor.

‘I feel like we are taken as prisoners instead of guests.’ The shadow popped up from the ground and stood beside her folding his arms.

Rosa could not help but agree with him. However, she could not do anything since Darce ordered her to stand down. They walked inside the curtain-closed dark corridor of the castle. A few of the servants stopped to greet them on the way. They were escorted to the throne room where the Queen sat on one of the chairs. She wore all white covering her hair. Her skin was flushed under the transparent veil covering half of her face.
