‘I could try to help them a bit.’ Rosa whined, ‘No, that ungrateful brat did thank you for saving him in Amanecer. The last thing you need is more fingers pointing at you.'

She followed the direction of the shadow and helped the soldiers on her side. ‘After all the idea is to take down as much as possible before the emperor comes out.'

‘I cannot move to his side and kill him, right?’ She quickly dodged the incoming arrow.

Her head turned to look at the attacker. It was the general looking at her. He loaded two more arrows and aimed at her. This time Rosa was ready. She took used the sword and deflected them both at the last moment on her sides.

A smile crept on her face. ‘Is it what I think it is?’ Her eyes went calm.

‘Ah my dear, it looks like he is challenging you.’ The shadow on her shoulder held her in tight.

‘What do you say we answer his invitation?’ Rosa deflected another arrow and the next.
