Chapter 2: Exploring

After eating and recovering his magic power Hajime decided to try the Gluttony skill by killing monsters.

He decided to make a Gun Blade as his weapon because the Gun Blade allowed him to fight in close quarters unlike ordinary pistols.

Even though Hajime wanted to use Arc of Embodiment to create Noble Fantasm, he decided against it, because his mana was still very low right now.

That's why he uses normal weapons even though this Gun Blade is like Touya's weapon from isekai wa Smartphone tomoni, it's a little different.

This weapon has two modes, the first is Blade Mode and Gun Mode.

Blade Mode has Magic Negation, Paralysis and Poison abilities. Though he will add other effect later.

And Gun Mode has the ability to accelerate electromagnetic force like Nagumo's donner. But it is more powerful than Donner because it can build RailGun.

Hajime fired his weapon which was in Gun mode, he named his weapon "Nodens" . Hajime looked at his status plate and, he actually got the status and skills of the monster he killed.

Hajime instantly fired 'Nodens' aiming at the bear's hand.

The bear didn't seem to understand what I was saying but he knew, that I was mocking him which caused him to launch straight at me, swinging his claws.

Hajime who saw it immediately avoided it.

Hajime then shot both of its legs causing the bear to fall.

"ROOAR!!" The bear roared with anger and pain.

Hajime was somehow very satisfied to see the bear in pain. Even though it was Hajime's old memories that affected him.

"Well goodbye Teddy bear"

"Boom!!"

Hajime killed the bear, by shooting its head.

He then decided to make this bear one of his Shadow soldier like Tank from Solo leveling.

Hajime also added a two tailed wolf, and a rabbit though they instead became like some kind of mascots, because they weren't that intimidating, but they might be useful for surprising his enemies.

After the fight with the bear Hajime decided to go deeper into the second floor.

After entering deeper into second floor he saw a black lizard. Without hesitation Hajime immediately killed it .

Hajime wanted to make it his shadow soldier, but the lizard has been transformed to ashes, as he accidentally fired with the RailGun.

"Well maybe the monster will be around again later."

After exploring the second floor Hajime went straight down to the next floor.

Hajime also couldn't use Nodens here because ...
