In the United States, a group of wealthy individuals decided to create a dangerous game that involves death and killing. They named it "Couple Arena." It is a game where a male and a female team up to battle other contestants in order to win. These individuals believed that the game would serve as a solution to overpopulation, as they noticed the increasing number of youths in the world and theorized that they were the problem.

Hundreds of young people participate in this deadly game, fighting against each other for a chance to win a prize of 100 million dollars. The enigmatic creators of the game remain unidentified.

Maxwell, a young man, finds himself in a precarious situation where he must enter the game to save his girlfriend. The only way to rescue her is by participating in the perilous "Couple Arena."
