Chapter 77: In the Serpent's Sight

"Spit it out Hiel!" Tyra exclaimed and banged the poor boy into the nearby wall, grabbing him by his white shirt.

"Tyra, calm down!" Ninny shouted, trying to get the older girl to release her hold on the boy.

"Take your hands off me, Ninny. What did he think he was doing when he was planning to go out with Deth, huh? Why didn't he just listen, tell me!?" Tyra yelled angrily, facing the pink-haired girl.

Ninny knew she was right, and she also knew the exact reason why Tura was pissed off.

Not only had her siblings been killed, the boy she was trying to compose a song for all this time she withdrew to herself, was dead.

"That's enough, Tyra," Kyung said, and grabbed her arms, taking them off Hiel. The boy crumpled to the ground in a heap, desperately gasping for air, and only then did Tyra realize how much pain she had caused him.

Her features softened, steadily relaxing her arms in Kyung's stronger ones.
