When Binder met Waldo, his attitude was very determined. Waldo didn't insist further, considering it accepted. 

Regarding manpower, Waldo had already found someone to help, so it shouldn't be an issue. Waldo then turned to Alanna and Helen, and the two of them seemed a bit puzzled. 

"You found someone to help? Who is it?" Alanna asked.

Waldo smiled and replied, "You both know that person, it's Binder."

"Binder?" Alanna and Helen exchanged somewhat skeptical glances. Waldo proceeded to explain Binder's involvement in detail, which instantly earned Binder some goodwill from the two.

Helen chimed in, "Well, if that's the case, it seems like we won't have any issues with manpower. But what about the live broadcast? Are you worried about any disruptions during the event?"

Waldo had considered this question. When he heard Helen express her concern, a trace of cold determination flickered in his eyes.
