"Hello, Your highness, would you give me the grace of eating with you?"
Theo glanced to the side and saw a large headache that he wished he didn't have to deal with in his current life as well.
Blond hair with silver streaks tied to a bun, beauty rivalling top beauties in the world and a figure of great envy for many women.
Selene's still way better, though.
It was a familiar and an unpleasant encounter that Theo was hoping to not experience this early.
Great, My appetite's ruined.
The young lady that was around his age was none other than Abigail Grauschild, daughter and heir of the Duchess of Grauschild. Another genius of his generation like Patrick and Fia as well as a thorn to Theo's side.
A Villainess that would drown in her own delusional and planted ambition of the crown and an entity that desired the complete destruction of Vitoten.
Abigail was one of the Villainess that would appear in the Academy arc and the one of the people who was against the union between Selene and Theo.
Like Vitoten, Virtus also had a large faction that were against the peace between the two nations and the household of Grauschild was one of them.
They were the Household that faced against the border of Vitoten, so hatred naturally still brewed in the household till this generation, though the faction was not as strong as the faction was in Vitoten, it was nonetheless a headache to Theo that it created the child in front of her.
She was the one destined to bear the crown of wrath and wreak havoc in the central continent.
Abigail Grauschild was a tragic character. Since her birth, her mother was fueled with unending anger and hatred after losing most of her loved ones to the previous war against Vitoten.
She would then brainwash her own child and manipulate Abigail into becoming a tool that would wrought destruction to those her mother hated the most.
Which was Vitoten.
And the first step to the Duchess' plan was simple, it was to have her child, Abigail, seduce Theodore Ignatius and rip the union between the two nations, destroying the symbol of peace.
Not only that, after capturing Theo's heart, she would then manipulate him into taking the throne and starting another war with Vitoten, which would finally fulfil her mother's wish.
Sadly, her plan would fail and demons would come in and temp her with power, turning her into another form of tool that Abigail's mother intended her to become.
She will, if the storyline continues like the game, then she would fall into the hands of demons and become their tool.
A fate that was impossible to change in the game and a solution even the current Theo could not solve.
However, there was one quick solution to this difficult hurdle.
I kill her before she even gets a chance to shake hands with the demons...
But, that was the worst case scenario. He hoped that he could somehow change the girl's fate.
He wanted to break the shackles and release her the freedom she deserved.
A life born as a tool and discarded and killed as a tool.
Despite having the Crown of Wrath within their possession, Theo knew that the demons still had the other crowns that could be used and other means of using Abigail as long as her mind was corrupted by her mother's unsightly wishes.
There were also a plethora of times where she disrupted the relationship between Selene and Theo to progress, sometimes even maliciously and sneakily bullying Selene whenever she had the chance to do so.
Theo knew that all her actions were not her own, because of the shadow and manipulation of her mother that still preceded within her very mind and soul.
Her ending was one of the most sorrowful and tragic scenes in the game.
All the players, despite hating on her for the countless harassment and atrocious actions she enacted, couldn't help but shed a tear when Abigail revealed her true colours at her dying breath.
She made a single wish that clenched the hearts of many.
A wish that every person was allowed to have.
Someone who would genuinely love her…..
So Theo was extremely reluctant to go to the killing route after discovering everything about the girl
Theo had an idea of what to do to start helping the girl that casted a shadow over him, but.....
Now is not the perfect time to solve her problem and I don't like people who try to use me for their ulterior motives. Too bad Abigail, I sadly know what your trying to do.
Theo shook his head and smiled wryly at Abigail.
"Sorry, Miss Grauschild, I am already full from my meal. I am mentally tired and drained parting with my family, so I wish to call it a day and head back to my room. I would love to share another meal with you next time, if a chance ever arises."
Smooth! Theo! Not too cold to dishearten her like in the game but easily pushing her away to not fall in her hands!
Abigail with her perfect facade displayed a disheartened gaze.
Many spectators charmed by the fragile figure of Abigail, sympathise with her situation
Theo seeing this would've believed it if not for the fact that he knew that Abigail was a snake behind her top tier mask.
And Theo wanted that mask to stay on for longer so he could find a solution to rid this woman of her chains.
"Well then I hope you have a great rest, your highness"
Abigail bowed to Theo before turning to another table with the intention of pulling more people into her master plans.
Cunning. She doesn't waste any time enacting her plan and goes for other people as soon as her mission with me is halted for now.
Abigail's specialty was Sound magic and another kind that Theo believed to be the most annoying to deal with, mind magic.
Luckily for him Theo was a tier higher than Abigail so the odds of her magic working on him were low, however it couldn't be said for the others that were about to fall victim to her manipulation.
BAM!
"Get them off each other! Daniel! And Jena you stop the lady"
""Y-yes sir!""
Three of the crew mates in charge of manning the flying ship finally arrived after hearing about the commotion Fia and Patrick were making.
"Hahaha!!! As expected of my rival number two! Your strength precedes the figure of your body! How can someone so tiny exert so much strength!?"
Patrick laughed heartily as he dodged an uppercut Fia threw out at him.
"Tch! You're turning more and more of a musclehead as time goes on! Just get hit already, so I can call it a day!"
Fia blocked a roundhouse kick Patrick threw at her and threw another fist with her free arm to counter.
As much as Fia wants to show her reluctance through her words, her smile says the opposite otherwise.
Fia was unknowingly enjoying her fight with Patrick.
A clear grin could be seen by her spectators as she jumped up and attempted to land a spinning kick on Patrick's head.
Bang!*
"I am sorry, Sir Patrick" the crewmate said as he tightly held Patrick in place, dragging him away from the scene
"AH! Let go of me! I have to uphold my honour as a knight and finish my duel with Fia!" Patrick whinned and kicked as he disappeared down the hallway
"My apologise, Lady Fia" Another crewmate held onto Fia, preventing her from finally landing a solid hit on Patrick.
"NOOOO! That was chance to give that idiot a black eye!!!" Fia, like Patrick, locked and whined as she was dragged away to the opposite hallway.
Both troublemakers were dealt with, before they could continue causing destruction and restrained by the two crewmates who were at the expert tier and taken to their respective rooms to be locked up until the time of arrival to the Academy
Theo on the other hand left for his room to contemplate and rest for the entrance exam event.
I wonder what's Selene up to right now?
