In such a situation, Necromancers would have to either secretly hide or flee in all directions. How could they build a Psychic Tower so blatantly? Even the Necromancers of the Darkness Shrine would rarely build Psychic Towers because they did not want to intensify the conflict between the two forces, let alone ordinary Necromancers.
The Double-Realm Psychic Tower could be considered the ultimate form of Psychic Towers. Apart from harsher construction requirements, the materials needed would be enough to drain the riches of any wealthy and powerful Necromancer. Most importantly, it would also require the sacrifice of a large number of lives.
