Chapter 53: Pirate Hunter Debut

"I choose pirate hunter," Kareem said after carefully considering his choices.

For him, this arrangement was only temporary. He wanted to earn some money to find rare herbs are any herbs with similar properties to those in the cultivation realm to make pills to recover his strength. This way he would be able to return the cultivation realm as soon as possible.

On the ship, one of the crewmates was looking out on the ocean where he spotted something unbelievable.

"Umm, Captain there is a man running on water"

He did not take his eyes off Kareem running towards them on the water for a second and yet Kareem somehow disappeared from his view. Suddenly he felt a hand around his shoulder as a voice said softly.

"Why so tense I only want to ask for directions," Kareem said smiling.

If they were adventure-seeking pirates like the straw hats he had no intention of hurting them. But if they were cold bloodied pirates then don't blame him for taking their bounty. He needed money and wanted to test his theory after all. He hand hoped they would be strong but from the looks of it, that was highly unlikely.

Just then he had only used the normal speed of a Fighter 9-dan Pinnacle cultivator to reach the ship. Yet they couldn't catch his movements. It seems he would have to wait until he fought some of the really strong characters in this world. While Kareem was lost in thought one of the pirates raised there gun at.

Bang! A bullet was fired.

Turning his head Kareem opened his mouth catching the bullet right between his teeth. He spat it out then used Heaven's Path movement art to appear in front of the pirate. Using a finger he flicked the pirate in the forehead knocking him straight out. Everything happened so fast Captain Robin didn't even know what happened.

"Man fire" the Captain screamed out.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Countless bullets were fired yet none hit the target. Kareem disappeared like a ghost as he appeared in front of each pirate and with one flick of a finger they were knocked unconscious. Turning around he appeared in front of the Captain grabbing him by the throat his eyes turn red as he placed him in a genjutsu.

Five minutes later he had finished gathering all the information he needed from the Captain. He threw him to ground as he went over everything he learned. Those weaklings were known as the Skull Pirates. The crew's overall bounty was only 30 million berries. Right now Kareem was on a ship in the grand line heading for the new world.

"I guess I'll head for navy headquarters making myself known as a pirate hunter. New world huh? Where the strong ones gather there couldn't be a better hunting ground for spreading my name. Veronica, you wait for me I'll be back soon with a new teammate."
