Part 1: Selecting new technique
From MC's Perspective:
The Following day,
After getting out of bed, I did my morning routine as usual. Then I entered the essence chamber to cultivate.
Time went by,
After a couple of hours, I walked out of the essence chamber. There was a trace of confusion flashes in my eyes.
Apart from the Lightning Technique, I found that my healing element was still behind. There is only one technique which is called "Healing Hand"
It's a great external technique to cure others. But I don't know whether there is any healing technique available to cure the healer himself.
If there is an injury, I can run the healing method to circulate the healing essence. But I wonder if there is any technique for it. It would be good and effective.
Then I returned to my room and entered the bath to take a shower.
