Ch 229: An old student.
It is a Sunday morning and there is a flash of flames in the great hall as all of the students are eating breakfast.
"Teacher I got your letter." An ages Newt Scamander says having arrived at the great hall.
"Teacher?" Newt asks looking around.
*cough*
"I'm behind you Newt." Kyra says
The second she says his name several people basically break and Luna is heard squealing in happiness wanting to meet her idol.
"Oh come on I even took the polyjuice you should've called me Theseus." Newt says
"Mister Scamander May I ask why you are here?" Mcgonagall says extremely respectfully.
"Well, I got a letter from my teacher that she knows where a 1000 year old basilisk is and it's still alive so I asked her Phoenix to just flame me here." Newt says
"Did you atleast tell Tina?" Kyra asks
"Oh, I am so dead when I get back." Newt says realizing he forgot to tell his wife.
"Wait? A 1000 year old basilisk here in the castle!" Mcgonagall shouts a little bit panicked.
"It was Salazar's pet, I can get her out its just I have no where to take her. However my old student Newt here does." Kyra says
"And I really appreciate you contacting me Yume." Newt says name droping her as revenge.
None of the professors really show any shock several of the older purebloods don't aswell. However a lot of the younger students and some of the muggle born also seem to all have frozen.
"Congratulations mister Scamander you broke them all." Kyra says waving dramatically towards most of the students.
"So why are you at hogwarts anyway?" Newt asks
"Ah, well the stalker Dumbledore is currently incapacitated and my daughter is attending." Kyra says
"Ah yes that makes... Wait daughter?" Newt asks
"Let's continue this conversation in another room." Kyra says

Back at the hufflepuff office.
"Do you wanna go meet him?" Harriet asks
Luna nods happily.
"Let's go then." Harriet says grabbing Luna's hand leading Luna to her mothers office.

"So, you were a witches witch, I kinda always figured you were. But to think you would marry some one so young at such an old*slap*" Newt says but is cut off by a slap.
"Unfilial disciple." Kyra says
Newt laughs
"Making sure it was you and not someone polyjuiced." Newt says
"You know what happened to people that polyjuice as me." Kyra says with a smile.
Newt nods.
"I'm not sure about this." A girl says from outside the door.
"It will be fine he's mothers disciple and your Idol." Another one responds.
"I figured they would come which is great, although I could open the chamber of secrets having Slytherin's direct heir will help so much more." Kyra says
"I thought you said she was your daughter." Newt says
"She is by adoption and marriage afterwards." Kyra says
"The dead don't always stay dead when it comes to you Huh? Was she a redhead." Newt asks as Kyra blushes.
The door creeks open.
"Mom, Luna really wants to meet mister Scamander. Could you introduce us?" Harriet asks peeking her head through the door.
Newt laughs a little.
"You spoil her don't you." Newt says
"Of course I do, she's one of my cutest daughters." Kyra says
"Mom, you say that about all your daughters." Harriet says
"In fact older brother naruto would transform into a girl cause you punished him less when he broke a rule." Harriet says
Newt looks at Kyra.
" it's a long story." Kyra answers
"Right anyway I would be delighted to meet your friend...." Newt says motion for her name.
"Harriet." Harriet replies
Newt nods.
"Luna come in stop acting nervous." Harriet says before going outside to get her.
