Chapter 10

Presently, Ella was doing nothing but trying to relax by watching one of her favorite shows on television. It has been years since she actually took some time out for herself and did nothing. Usually, she is busy taking care of Lilly, but now that she is out with her father and meeting her grandparents, she can think alone.

Ella knew that at some point, she would have to meet Cecelia and Stephan, but she wasn’t ready. What reason could she possibly give them for her abrupt departure? They were also like her parents, as they always took care of her like their own kid, but she had to do what she had to. So, she thought that it was an ideal decision to let Lilly go alone with Dan to meet them.

But Ella also knew that she would have to face the music soon and tell all of them the real reason for leaving because she wouldn’t be able to run from that for a long time.
