20. Confession

Chapter 20

-Anastasia’s POV-

“Anastasia, I have been looking for you! What’s wrong?” Alpha Aiden ran to me and supported me with his muscular arms.

He checked on me and found a new wound on my arm. I could feel his hand tighten as he saw it. “Who hurt you?”

For a moment I thought I found a tint of sorry and heartbreaking in his blue eyes, but I must be dizzy so that I misinterpreted his feelings.

How could an alpha be worried about a delta?

I got rid of his hug with the last drop of strength and staggered to stand up.

“Leave me alone.” I murmured when I was doing my best to walk to my bedroom.

He ran to support me from falling down again and sighed, “Please tell me, Anastasia. You don’t know how we were worried about you when we found you unconscious at the sink.”

WE?

My head snapped to face him. “What do you mean ‘we’?”

Alpha Aiden seemed a bit confused. “Your brother and me, of course.”
