"Emily, did you have breakfast?" Kings James asked with concern.
"No." Emily replied.
Kings James said to the driver, "Go to the Purple Crystal Restaurant downtown." Then he turned to Emily and said, "Your mother used to go to that restaurant for breakfast, and I'll show you there."
Emily didn't speak, and then she heard Kings James say to himself, "But it's been so long, and I'm not sure if the restaurant is still there."
His head leaned back in his seat, and a trace of sadness crossed his old face inadvertently. His gaze looked out through the glass window, as if he was thinking, as if he was remembering something.
There was a long silence in the car, and the car slowly moved forward, and soon they came to the purple crystal restaurant. However, when Emily and King James stepped out of the car, they saw a sign posted outside the restaurant's door with the words "closed".
