CHAPTER NINE (READY TO BLAST OFF)

She only learned from her dad after her grandpa's fifth death anniversary that her dear grandpa was an astronaut.

This was why he was constantly away from them because he was always going on missions. She also learned of the three places he has been to, the moon, Neptune, and Mars.

Her grandpa's friends agreed to help her out after listening to her story and her plea. They saw the same determination her Grandpa always had, in her.

A popular cosmonaut called Daniel Armstrong who has been in and outside of space was the first to lend a helping hand for the sake of her Grandpa.

She went back home happily and started preparing by going through different books about space and other planets. A week later, they called her to come to NASA.

They secretly brought her into the space force station of the United States of America.

A space station called the Lunar Orbital Platform- is a gateway providing astronauts to the moon's surface and other planets' surfaces.

They snuck her into the carrier rocket called Eagle heavy SLS block 1A.

They prepared her and made her wear a white NASA space suit and she asked.

"Why is the spacesuit white in color?"

"That's because white reflects heat in space the same way it does here on Earth," Daniel replied.
