Chapter two: She's gone

Alicia's pov

After about 3hrs,my dad went out to search for my mom,after about half an hour my dad returned home with tears in his eyes,and I ran to him and asked,"dad did you find mom""mom is gone and never coming back"my dad said"mom will never go out of the country just like that"I said childishly"not of this country...out of this world"my dad said with tears in his eyes"wait,this why are you crying,this is good news mom,or are this tears of joy, cause is in space and she didn't take me along, I'm upset with her"I said in a low tone"what are they teaching you in schools this days , cause back in my time once you say someone is gone,the people you inform will know that you are saying the person has died"dad sobbing uncontrollably"so you mean.." I was cut off by dad who said"yes, she's gone"he said crying"but how?"I asked as tears blocked my vision"she had an accident"dad dropped the bombshell and I fainted (end of flashbacks)well after that day I used to crying every morning,when I was five my dad couldn't take it anymore so he married another woman,who goes by the name Elizabeth sparks, when I got her as a stepmother I thought I was lucky until I was ten,then I faced hell cause my dad died in when I was ten,and my stemom tore off her mask(tore off her mask means that she shows her true colors)later she brought this girl called melody sparks,who she lied to my dad that was her nice,I later discovered that the girl was actually her daughter,I think we're of the same age
