Alex no demon volume 2 chapter 17

In the training grounds, kazuki just lays down on the floor and says that he needs a break, diablo tells him that they were just getting started and asks him why he just had to get so tired. Kazuki gets annoyed and yells at diablo telling him that its because every time they have a sparring match with each other, he always dodges and blocks the attacks like they are nothing. Alex who was just sipping a drinks tells diablo that sometimes he always wonders if diablo is some kind of monster. Diablo turns back and asks him were he got that idea from and Alex says that each and every time he is in a fight, he noticed that no attack works on him at all and he finds a way to block the attack one way or the other without any damage. Diablo then smiles and creates a magic circle a prepares tiny beam, diablo tells Alex and kazuki to take a look at what he is about to do. Diablo then blasts the tiny beam he created to some mountains, the beam was so powerful that it wiped out a large number of mountains to ash. After seeing this, diablo tells alex and kazuki that the attack he just created was just 20 percent of his powers, and that he could easily one shot a country with that single blast. As kazuki and alex were in shock after seeing such feat,alex asks kazuki if he just saw what he just saw. Kazuki who was also shocked tells alex that he is pretty sure that they both are hallucinating and diablo asks them if they are both okay. Diablo explains to them that he has a special power called "almighty", he explains to them that it's an ability that gives its user an immense amount of energy and also the ability to deflect and get hit by attacks without being injured, he further explains that its an ability that defies other abilities. He tells alex and kazuki that the "Almighty" is a power that was passed down from a god every one thousand years. Alex and kazuki looked confused and says that they are not getting this at all, diablo just sighs and asks kazuki when he became a knuckle head. Alex then asks diablo that this so called "Almighty" power Grant's its holder a massive amount of power of a god, diablo then says that the name of the god was called "Bansha" the god of creation, destruction and power. Kazuki then asks diablo that if he has the power of a god, then why does he just lazy around in his house when the city is under attack and doesn't carry out missions at all. Diablo then smiles and says that its because he doesn't care, this leaves alex and kazuki confused and then they both agree that diablo is insane. Later in the day, Tomoa and son were in a training ground, son tells Tomoa that he wants to get stronger and that he needs his help. Tomoa tells son that he is happy that he came to him for help but then he asks what made him come up with that idea. Son tells him that it's because of his brother saito, he says that he wants to stop saito no matter what it takes and in order to do so, he needs to have a whole lot of power. Tomoa smiles and then tells him that he is happy that his is seeking his help, he then tells son to start blasting him with all the fire power he has. Meanwhile Raquel was training with mori. As they were sparring, Raquel throws a bunch of punches at him but mori was just blocking and dodging them. As he was dodging her blows, he tells Raquel to let her mind be more sharper and to make sure the enemy have no chance of attacking. She then crystallized her fists and then tries to punch mori but he flash steps behind her and taps her on her head. He tells Raquel that they've been training for a hours now and that's the end of the training. Raquel sighs and says that she really worked harder than before. Mori then tells her that she has improved, and her attack speed has taken a massive increase as well. Raquel then tells him that she really appreciates him training her and that she's going to make sure that she will be extremely strong. Mori then tells her that she has a long way to go but she is fast approaching that height, he then asks her how are things between she and alex and then Raquel says that she hasn't seen him in a few days now. As Raquel was in the market while she just bought some food, she goes to alex house and then asks him if he's home. As she enters his house, she suggests that he hasn't been around all day and then decides to go to his room. Alex walks in the house tired and says that whatever diablo was talking about, it sure was confusing his brain. As he enters his room, Raquel asks him were he has been all this time.Alex says that he is just coming back from training and that he is really tired and wants to sleep. As alex lays down on his bed, he asks Raquel how her injuries are and she says that she didn't really sustain much injuries unlike the rest of the girls, alex then says that for serena and sukuna to have been really beat up like that, then the opponent most have been strong as hell. Raquel then tells him that she was insanely strong and that it made her wonder if they will ever be able to beat the dark sign. Alex then picks up his video game and says that what ever they are plotting, it isn't going to work, he says that kojin has sent some skilled assassins to take care of what the dark signs are trying to do. Alex then says that he just Hope's things dont take a crazy turn of events later on.
