19. Discovery Of A New Function Of The System

After pondering for a while Lucifer could just come up with one reasonable explanation of his situation as one of the effects of the system which took care of the excess mana in the core and instead of making the core burst it helped him increase his cultivation.

Finding out another amazing function of the system his laughter knew of no bounds.

For Why? It's easy with this he could cultivate with a faster speed and as per the introduction of the system, cultivating in any hotspots would enhance his experience with a higher multiplying effect than it is now as he isn't present in any special mana hotspot.

But that's not what excites him so much, what makes him so happy is the function of taking care of the cultivation cores and not making it burst.

But it is still just a hypothesis of his for now which needs to be proved and to prove it he would need to risk his core once again in order to find out what he thought is actually right or not.

Closing his eyes Lucifer once again began to inhale mana and directed it towards his soul core to fill it up.

Another notification appeared and the mana in the core began to increase but this time he cultivated a little longer and tried to fill the core.

For anyone else living in the upper realm where mana is abundant and doesn't have supreme grade talent the speed of cultivation shown by Lucifer can make them question their entire life.

His core was once again filled with the mana and the previous condition of bursting of the core once again appeared but like before it also just got bigger than it was and the mana started to fill it automatically.

'I was right' Lucifer thought as he stopped cultivating further.

For a cultivator they need to fill their cores with energy in order to rank up to the next realm while taking care of the core doesn't burst due to the excess of mana and needs time to stabilize their cultivation before stepping up to another realm.

This time period for stabilizing one's cultivation core varies from person to person irrespective of their talents, it may take just a day while sometimes even thousands or millions of years when in the immortal realms.

This stabilizing period can be shortened through taking pills concocted with alchemy but it may cause damage to the cores and with the increase in the realm the pills required will also need to have their grade increase.

But now with this hidden effect Lucifer has another advantage of not waiting for the stabilization of the realm and just needs to control his strength.

With this new function he discovered Lucifer feels like his route has become a lot shorter and needs to change a few plans for the future which are unnecessary now.

Lucifer could sense his soul cultivation being increased by one rank and activated his mana sense to see it.

Once again in the same blank space filled with mana Lucifer could see the shiny particles but something was different about them, they were all now of different colours unlike the simple white light groups of before thanks to increase in the mastery of mana sense now Lucifer can even differentiate between them on the basis of elemental abundance in the surroundings and also check the realms of the people.

He took a look at his own body, his whole circulatory system was glowing inside of his body and two spheres embedded inside of the body, larger one at the chest glowing with a purple colour and a smaller one at the abdomen glowing with a black light representing his realms for mana and soul.

Looking around lucifer also noticed that there was unusually less mana near his body and the whole building which he is in now and reached a conclusion of doing of his during practicing cultivation.

Looking at the low presence of the mana Lucifer got a really nice idea to find out more about the mysteries of mana.
