Chapter153: games.

I looked at Alex's darkened face and frowned." Is everything okay?"I asked him after he hung up the phone.

"Don't worry about it, just have fun baby. I brought you out here to have fun."Alex said changing his face to a smiling one. I looked at him for a while but I didn't say anything. If he wanted to tell me what is wrong, he would have told me the moment I asked him if everything is fine.

"Okay, will you eat ice cream with me?"I asked wiggling my brows suggestively. He hates sugary things but I just want to lighten up his mood because he's obviously in a bad mood.

"I hate sugary things baby."he said smiling at me." But I can have the ice cream another way."he said smiling mischievously and I creased my brows confused but he chuckled.

I scooped some more ice cream and I put it in my mouth but Alex held my chin up then he brought his lips on mine. He kissed me taking every single drop of ice cream in my mouth and after he had taken every drop, he pulled away and looked at me smirking.

"That was delicious."he said and I looked at him still panting.

"Really?"I asked and he smiled at me nodding his head. I blushed the I continued eating my ice cream while Alex was watching me eat. He then stood up all of a sudden then he lifted me up and I looked at him questioningly but before I could say anything, he sat at my sit then he brought me to his laps.

"What are you doing Alex?"I asked him when he leaned his back on the chair. He just smiled and he took my baby hair that was sticking out of my face and he brought them to the back of my ear.

"You do look so beautiful right now."he said and I blushed. I know he has told me that million times but every time I can't help but blush.

I wanted to thank him but his phone rung again and he picked it up. I continued eating my ice cream as he talked on his phone but then I felt him stiffen. I looked back at him but he brought his face forward and he leaned his face on my shoulders where I couldn't see him. Okay, what the hell is happening? He is getting all these phone calls and they are upsetting him each time.

"Alex, you gotta have to tell me what the hell is happening. What is wrong? I need you to talk to me."I said turning to look at him lifting his face but he refused to look at me and instead he brought his face to my boobs and he stayed there.

I sighed but I took my hands to his back and soothed him by taking them up and down. We stayed like that for a while then he lifted his face and then he looked at me. He brought his face towards me and he kissed me senseless. I could feel he was taking all frustrations on me but I didn't care. As long as it makes him feel better.

When he pulled away I looked at him bringing my hands to his cheeks." You need to talk to me honey."I told him caressing his cheeks. He parted his lips to say something but then, somebody else beat him to it.

"Well well well, look who I found. The great Alexander Scott in an ice cream Inn. Damn, is this real?"the voice said and I frowned as I tilted my head towards it. The fuck is he doing here?

"What are you doing here Xavier?"I asked the owner of the voice before he can talk more.

"No greetings for me babe? After so many years you are seeing me and you are still rude as before."he asked me smirking and I felt Alex tighten his grip on my waist. I looked at him but his face had already turned so cold. What the fuck is going on.

I looked at Xavier, and I smiled mockingly at him." Why would I be greeting you? You don't deserve my greetings because I don't greet assholes. Do you agree with me?"I asked him and he chuckled.

"Sassy as ever. Thought you have fucking changed now that you are married. Who would have known you would get married Kiki? I thought you were, no offense but, I thought you were a lesbian. With how you were in high school, I really thought you were lesbian."he said and I stiffened but I regained my composure so quickly. I can't let this asshole remind me of my past.

"Oh really? Well, as you can see, you fucking thought wrong asshole. What are you doing here anyways? No customers are allowed here for now."I told him but he looked at Alex who has changed the atmosphere to a suffocating one but I am long used to this so I could not even get intimidated.

"Your man bought the restaurant or what?"he asked looking at Alex provocatively. I'm I missing something here because the look Alex is giving Xavier is so murderous that I feel like he will kill him for sure.

"Do you have a problem with me buying it?"Alex asked his voice so cold.

"Let me see?"Xavier feigned the look as if thinking about it then he looked at Alex smiling." I don't know Alexander. Is there a problem?"Xavier asked.

"Do you two know each other?"I asked looking back and forth between Alex and Xavier.

"No.."they both replied together and they looked at each other with Alex murderous face and Xavier's smiling face which looks so not genuine.

Alex looked at me and I looked at him questioningly." We need to leave this place baby."he told me and I could feel how tense he was. What exactly is wrong with him? He doesn't want to talk to me about anything at all.

"Okay."I agreed with him and he stood with me in his arms then he put me down as soon he was upright.

"Leaving already Alexander? I didn't come here with any bad intentions so you can stay for a while and continue having fun. At least not today. I just wanted to see my dear Kimberly here and see how to take care of my issues. You do know what I'm taking about right?"Xavier asked Alex and now I'm sure these two have something like a conflict or something.

Alex looked at him." Leave her alone. If you know what is good for you, leave her alone. You know what I mean right?"Alex asked in return.

"Your threats can't work on me Alexander. Did you know me and her we were in the same high school? If only, I knew what she has is so important, I'm sure we couldn't be having these problems right?"Xavier said and I frowned.

"What the fuck are you talking about Xavier?"I asked him and he looked at me smiling.

"Ooh don't worry babe, your husband here would be delighted to tell you what I want. Right Alex?"he replied and I looked at Alex.

"Listen Xavier, I see that you are still dumb and stupid as before. You don't get to come here and start making demands. Do you get that?"I told him my voice cold as ever.

"You think who I was in high school, is who I am right now? Ask your dear husband who I am. I'm sure you would love to hear how great I've become."he said smiling at me but the kind of smile that sent chills to my body.

" I don't give a fuck who you have become. You are still the stupid, dumb and foolish Xavier who I used to despise and I can't believe you have become even more foolish."I told him sizing him up and down.

"You'll regret whatever you have said today Kimberly. And Alex, the game has just started. Let's see how you will be able to keep her safe. Getting what I want from her right now wouldn't have become a problem but I just love the challenge. I want that day when you will beg me for her. I want to play games since you are really great at them."Xavier said and he left.
