Accidentally trapped in Sweet Wonderland (HIATUS)

A high-speed train move past the tall trees and the vast green fields, the comforting sound of the train engine and the subtle chatter of the passengers made a young lady ponder on the things she had in mind.

She knew it was all a dream, a sweet dream. She opened her brown canvas backpack and pulled a book, "Sweet Wonderland" it reads.

She started to flip the pages and graze her fingers upon the pages, she remembers how sweet and sometimes how heartbreaking it is, how it made her feel like to be a heroine.

"Must be a nice book" an old lady commented and look at the young lady with a smile. The young lady shot her a smile back, "yeah it is"

"You know, I miss reading novels when I was around your age. Those were the days I would escape from the harsh reality"

A smile tugs on the young lady's lips as she listened, "But.. Funny how reading a book made me met my husband"

"aww, that's sweet" the young lady commented.

"Riding this train made me remember how he casually asked of the book that I read and say how the read that I've read is a good read" the old woman smile as she narrates. She looked at the young lady.

"I'm glad that I know after arriving at our stop, you'll meet the guy you love," she said as she slowly stood up from her seat and walks to the back.

The young lady's brows furrowed, how could an old lady say that as if she knew that it will happen. The young lady never had a boyfriend, didn't date anyone of how ordinary she looks.

"Wait," She stood up, calling out the old lady but... The old lady wasn't there. The back was empty. Her brows furrowed as she sits back. Huh, weird. Where was that old lady?

"In a minute, we are arriving at our next stop, please make sure you take all your baggage with you." the train driver announced.

The idyllic view on the small village of the countryside made the jet-black haired young lady tug a smile on her lips, she misses the life of the countryside. The blazing sun and the vast green fields with their variety color of flowers, it was a fine summer morning. The jet-black-haired young lady that is wearing a strawberry dress wander her eyes around as she walks towards the small village in the countryside.

"Oh, hi. Good to see you here, Shan" a woman around her mid-30s, watering her plants waves her hand on the young lady as she walks through the neighborhood in a small town.

"Hello, Mrs. Hutton. " Shan replied with a smile as she continued to walk through the neighborhood. It was still the same. The sound of the cows mooing and other animals add to how small village in the countryside is quite unlike the city. She halted on her tracks, smiling at the sight of a dark blue small wood house with its brown trim.

"Aunt, I'm home," she said as she entered the house. She put her bag on the floor, "Aunt?"

She wanders her eyes around, the house is quiet as if no one ever lived there. Her eyes landed on an old typewriter that is placed on the table and saw papers scattered all over the floor. She picked a paper and smile, "So she is still writing huh?"

She gathered all the papers and put them on the table. The smell of oven-roasted turkey made her walk to the kitchen, "Au—"

She cut her sentence off as she saw a blonde-haired guy around his early 20s, wearing a white shirt and black pants, sitting on a chair around the table.

"Oh, my niece! You're home' It was her aunt wearing oven mittens, "Great timing. This oven-roasted turkey is about to be served" she continued as she took out the oven-roasted turkey. Shan smile at the sight of her aunt and looked back at the guy. Her aunt seems to notice her expression, the guy turned around and smile as he saw Shan. He stood up, "I'm sorry, Mrs. Jones. I haven't introduced myself to this beautiful niece of yours." and walks towards her.

"I'm Arthur. Nice to meet you" and reach his hand out to her. Shan stared at his mint green eyes.

'Why is he here?" she thought, "How come he is here?"

She shakes his hand, "Shan Lee. Nice to meet you" and Arthur went back to his seat.

The sudden sound of the books fell on the floor made Shan turned around and found a messy black haired guy, wearing a casual blue sweater that matches his white pants.

"Sorry," he said, gathering the books that fell on the floor. "Sorry for the interruptio—Oh, Mrs. Jones. Is she the one you're referring to?" the guy points at Shan. Mrs. Jones nodded, "That's right"

Shan's brows furrowed, "and why he is here too?"

The black-haired guy fixes his glasses, reaching his other hand, "Hi, I'm Martin. Nice to meet you" and she shakes his hand. Martin walks past her and sits on the table.

The sound of a car honking outside made Shan jolt. "Oh, they're here," Shan watches her aunt as she went to open the door.

"Oh, I'm glad you are all here," Mrs. Jones said as she hugs two guys at the door. Shan's eyes widened as the two guys came in.

A quiff blonde-haired guy around his early 20s, wearing a white dress shirt on a mocha blazer that matches his pants and a medium length black haired guy, wearing a black leather jacket with fitted white tank top underneath that matches his black fitted pants.

"Even these two?!" Shan said to herself.

"Oh, hi there," the quiff blonde-haired guy said, "Nice to meet you, I'm Nathaniel" hold her hand and kissed it. Shan feel her cheeks burning.

The medium-length black haired guy interrupted them, yanking Shan's hand out from the hand of Nathaniel, "How can you casually kiss her hand?" The medium-length black haired guy averted his gaze and look at Shan.

"Brixter. Brix for short and nice to meet you"

Shan smile, "I'm Shan Lee. Nice to meet you too"

"How about let's go eat the pie that I made? And oh, there are some cookies too" and the two guys followed her aunt. Shan watch Brixter and Nathaniel going to the kitchen.

"Glad to see you in flesh," Shan slowly glance at her side and a guy, wearing a black dress shirt that matches his pants walks towards her. His hair is ombre from a dark grey to a whitish silver at the tips.

"How did he.." Shan said to herself.

'Oh! Aethelfrith, I'm so glad that your mother let you come here" Mrs. Jones said as she hugs Aethelfrith. Aethelfrith pulls his embrace from Shan's aunt, "That's too long to call me. You used to call me Damien"

"Oh, but that's too far from yo—"

"Can someone not ignore me here?" A brown-haired guy with blonde highlights wearing a mustard shirt that matches his mocha pants.

"Oh, Kai" Aunt walks to Kai and hugged him. Kai looked at Shan, smiling.

"Hey there, cute. This is your niece right, Mrs. Jones?"

"Nice to meet you," Shan said, staring at Kai.

"Let's go to the kitchen, the others are waiting" and her aunt went to the kitchen.

"After you" Kai offered, letting her walk in front. The guys that she saw earlier are now settling around the table, they smile at the sight of Shan.

"I'm glad all of you boys came here to welcome my niece homecoming"

Shan smiled at her aunt, she looked at each guy that are smiling at him. "Let's dig in," her aunt said as she seat across Shan.

Shan looked at her Aunt as they dig in.

"Aunt never did this before.. and first of all, how they are all here" Shan thought as she digs in. After finished eating, Shan helped out her Aunt.

"Oh, let me do that for you," Martin said as he took the plates from Shan's hand. Shan looked at him, insisting but to no avail, Martin is more persistent. "Okay, thanks" and Martin smiled at her.

Shan settles herself on the couch and turn the television on, trying to shake the thoughts away.

"How all of them are here. They never existed…" Shan suddenly felt someone sits beside her, it was Kai.

"I don't want a cutie to sit alone here," Kai said, smiling.

"How come you can casually sit beside her?" Brixter said, crossing his arms at the sight of Kai sitting beside Shan. "Why? I love sitting beside the girl I like"

"Oh come on, you never like her.You chatted with lot of girls. I'm the one who likes her" Brixter said, walking towards him.

"Oh yeah?" Kai stood up and Brixter grabbed his collar. Shan's eyes widened, she parted the two.

"Oh, will you stop? Both of you? It's clear that Shan is mine" Aethelfrith said, leaning against the wall as he watches the two fight.

"As if Shan is yours." Nathaniel said with a smirk, "She is mine"

Aethelfrith grit his teeth of the sight of Nathaniel, he walks towards him and scoffs. "A guy like you? Don't make me laugh"

"Guys, why you are all fighting over her? Shan likes me" Arthur said with a gentle smile.

"Oh! I may look like a nerd but I wouldn't mind fighting you, guys. Shan likes me and that is a fact"

Shan looked at them, confused. Shan watches the guys fighting over her, talking back at each other.

"Why are they fighting.. over me? They never.. existed but how"

"Must be nice that they love you" a woman's voice was heard, it was Shan's Aunt.

"Aunt, do you know about them?" I asked. Aunt gave me a smile, Shan looked at the guys and they're all staring back at her--Those hot guys are staring back at her. They reach their hand out to Shan and asked in unison.

Shan doesn't know what to do, this is not a dream anymore.
