Chapter- 5. The Dilemma

Ridhima attends Babaji's Aarti after a relatively long time.

Monty grins at Babita on noticing Pari coming into the darbar to make her jealous instead Sadhvi gets irritated.

Sadhvi is convinced of Ridhima to be a good heart, therefore has accepted Ridhima for Babaji believing that she will always protect him and tells her of Babita's intentions towards Babaji.

Ridhima is uninterested in the dialogue and manages to escape.

After the heavy day, Pari comes to meet Monty-

Pari- Bass ..yeh batane aaye hai...

hum kal ja rahe hai.

(Monty reacts as if he was cut off from reality)... while Bhopa comes in

Bhopa- Ravangi??..

itna aachanak faisla kaise??

Hmm hmm hmm...

Pari- Hum yaha rah ke kya kare?

Kuch nhi hai...

Jis kaam ke liye aaye the wo toh nhi raha abhi.

Bhopa- Pammi ko badi khushi hogi vaise .....Sadhvi se bhi dosti ho gai thi teri...

aur phir Nasha Mukti Kendra ka kaam kon sambhalega??

(Monty frowning at Bhopa)

Pari- (with a smirk)

Hmm..Aur aap 'Bhopaji'?..

Aapko bada dhuk hoga nahh ..

.'Miss' jo karenge..

Humare jane pe...

Hum Nashamukti Kendra mein kisi aur ko bhej denge.

Monty- Kal tak rukhne ki kya jauruat hai?? Abhi kyu nhi jati???

Pari- Flight ke tickets kal ke hai. Hum Jaipur ja rahe hai.

Bhopa- Jane de use..yahi sahi hai tere liye bhi ...aur uske liye bhi.

Despite Ridhima's presence Babaji is blank during his Pratah Aarti. Sadhvi perceives something going wrong between them and discusses the same with Bhopa. He too notices that Babaji is behaving unusual and asks Pari as she only would better be able to tell the reason why Babaji is not keeping 'himself' today.

Pari says that it is --

'Monty's Birthday today'.

Bhopa to Monty- 'Aaj Janam din hai tera?... Tune kabhi bataya nhi...'

(Monty with tears in his eyes takes a deep sigh)

'Pari ne tujhe yeh nhi bataya ki uska janam din bhi aaj hai'.

Pari comes to Monty for taking his leave.

Monty is afraid of losing her furthermore and is unable to think of how to stop her from letting go.

In this instance, he hugs her and proposes-

'Mujhse Shadi karegi'? (Will you marry me?)
