‘So many humans here, and all of them are just ripe for the picking,’ The wolf shifter thought with a smug smirk. It was far too easy to blend in with the humans around town, not like he stood out all that much either.
He was certain that if humans looked too closely at him, they might have picked up on his wolf blood. Teeth that were only slightly sharper than that of a human, along with sharpened claws. He was good at hiding in plain sight, it was why they sent him here ahead of them after all.
“I wonder if I’ll run into Pittman,” The wolf shifter thought aloud, flashing an innocent smile to any human that brushed past him.
There was a part of him that wondered if he should go looking for Scott Pittman, but then he was reminded of why he was here. He already knew that he’d end up in severe trouble with Edwin if he went hunting for Scott.
