I walked my man down to the garage, helped him into the car, even though he told me that I didn't have to, and then I slid in behind the wheel. From the way that Ocean's eyes had lit up, I knew that he was hungry again. And he was looking forward to the food that I had offered him. Not only that, but having the food first was the best option. I knew that we would make ourselves hungry again as we shopped. And that would in turn make it so that Ocean would be able to eat when we got back for the party. Whenever the food was going to be served, I wanted to make sure that Ocean was able to enjoy it. I didn't even want to get back to the days when Ocean was not able to eat anything at all. He needed his nutrition, that was for sure.
