A couple of days later, After the ambush by the Blue Eagle Knights, attacking the Green Griffin Knights, Freya urgently summons Chase, Ava, Alex, and Luke to a grand meeting room. The group sensed the gravity of the situation, as Freya appeared deeply preoccupied, pacing around the room lost in thought.

They waited for what seemed like an eternity before Freya finally noticed their presence. "Freya!" Chase called out, but she seemed unable to concentrate, her mind clearly troubled. "Freya!" Chase called louder, and this time, she turned to face him with a hint of shock on her face.

"Why are you here?" she asked, struggling to recall the reason she had called them. The others exchanged puzzled glances, they had never seen her like this since the war began.

'It seems she has something important on her mind, given how long she's been lost in thought,' Ava mused, reminiscing about Freya's usual demeanor during previous encounters.

"Freya, you called us here," Chase replied, perplexed by her behavior. Her mood was definitely different, immersed in deep contemplation.

Sitting at her desk, Freya managed to recollect, "Oh, right, I remember now. We found out that the Green Griffin Knights are heading to the south wall to take control of it."

"What? They're attacking again? We just defeated more of their knights, and now they're planning another assault?" Alex exclaimed in shock, echoing the sentiment of the group.

"We interrogated one of the Green Griffin generals, and he confirmed their plan," Freya recalled the distressing events of the interrogation.

"There's definitely something suspicious going on in the kingdom," Ava remarked with a puzzled expression.

"You're right, Ava. But we're getting closer to finding out what's happening," Freya said, a glimmer of hope in her eyes, as she approached discovering the traitor or the kingdom's underlying troubles.

Chase asked, "So, what should we do now?"

"We have a couple of days to prepare and head towards the south wall. One of the Green Griffin generals managed to escape, so he probably warned his comrades to hasten their attack," Freya explained, taking out a large map and placing it on her desk.

Concerned about their limited numbers, Chase wondered, "What will we do? We don't have enough knights to fight them."

"Don't worry, the king has sent more knights to assist us," Freya replied with a tinge of anger, recalling something that puzzled the others.

"The king? He's never offered help before. Why now?" Alex questioned suspiciously.

"I don't know. Perhaps he finally realized that we need more reinforcements," Freya replied, trying to hide the truth in her voice.

"Did he at least send a general or commander?" Chase inquired, hoping for a powerful ally.

"No, just more knights," Freya replied vaguely.

Chase sighed but quickly focused on the task at hand. "Alright, how do we get to the south wall?"

"We will be using the blue eagles," Freya answered, finally revealing the exciting part of the plan.

"Finally! I've been waiting to ride one for a long time!" Chase exclaimed, his excitement evident since the first time he laid eyes on the magnificent eagles.

"Will we be fighting with them?" Chase asked, hoping for a chance to take to the skies in battle.

"Yes, this time I'm sure they'll use some serious forces, including mages, so we will need to fight alongside them," Freya said, her worry apparent as she considered the danger they would face.

Ava added, "This will be a tough battle, we've never fought against mages before, only magic monsters in the trials. But I'm confident we can handle it."]

"First, we need to repair your armor because those mages will damage it a lot," Freya said, shifting her attention to their equipment.

"What do we do after that?" Alex asked.

"Afterward, we'll visit the eagles and then head towards the south wall in two days," Freya explained, her mind now focused on the upcoming journey.

Once the plans were laid out, Freya and the others left the grand meeting room and made their way to the beast pen, where the majestic Blue Eagles resided.

Seeing the giant Blue Eagles, Chase couldn't contain his excitement. "I love seeing these eagles!" he exclaimed, eager to rush toward them.

Freya halted him, cautioning, "Chase, wait! Don't approach them too quickly; they might attack."

"Sorry," Chase apologized, restraining his enthusiasm.

Approaching the pen, they saw multiple beast caretakers brushing the eagles' wings and feeding them. One of the magnificent blue eagles knelt down as Freya approached, and spoke softly, "These eagles have been a symbol of the Taila Kingdom for years." She brushed its blue and white feathers with a sense of reverence.

The Blue Eagle was truly a regal sight to behold. Its lustrous feathers adorned its proud neck, and its eyes were large and piercing. Its powerful beak curved gracefully, ending in sharp talons.

The most impressive feature was its vast wingspan, stretching an astonishing fifteen to twenty-five feet when fully extended. Its layered wings gave it a majestic appearance, and its soft feathers concealed the strength within.

Luke seemed captivated by the eagle, gazing deep into its eyes, and the eagle returned the gaze, creating an intriguing moment between man and beast.

"Why does this eagle look different from the ones we saw during the entrance exam?" Chase asked, recalling the plain-looking eagles they had encountered before.

Freya explained, "Those were just regular eagles. These are special ones."

"Are they powerful?" Alex asked, intrigued by their potential.

"Yes, but these are the weaker ones given to the academy," Freya clarified.

Chase couldn't resist asking, "Can I touch it?"

Freya nodded with a smile, allowing all of them to gently feel the eagle's feathers. "Oh, it's so soft"Chase, Ava, and Alex said at the same time feeling the eagle feather, They were amazed at how soft and ethereal they felt, like touching clouds.

Luke still stood there staring at the blue eagle in its eye.

After the encounter with the Blue Eagles, they prepared themselves and repaired their armor for the upcoming battle. With eagerness and determination, they readied themselves to face the Green Griffin Knights once again.
