Selena’s POV
The next morning, I was awakened by the sun. My God, Charles and I forgot to close the curtains last night. I stretched and enjoyed the morning sun. I didn't think I would sleep well in a strange environment, because many things here are different from the Red Moon Pack, and yesterday was such a nightmare, but I was sleeping soundly.
I turned to look at the other side of the bed. Charles had already left. When did he get up? I didn't even notice it. I don't know if he would have added the word "slacker" to his bad impression of me.
My stomach began to twitch slightly, and I realized I was hungry. I ate very little yesterday, and now I'm at my limit. After changing, I hesitated whether to go to the dining room for breakfast or to the kitchen for something to eat.
