Apples

Tossing herself on the bed, Aanya stared at the ceiling it had been a week since she visited Asher and realised he maybe didn't like her at all. That day..they went into the inhabitant's room which contained all the details of the ordinary gods in the water realm, there were some Chameleon gods and goddesses actually Chameleon was an extremely common power that many of them possessed while there were none who were serpents and since they were looking for powerful god or goddess, all the others were out of the doubt meter.

What were they missing?

Aanya frowned as she recalled what Asher said,

"Don't come here next time for no reason if there shall be something important then send an official letter first, Act as a ruler next time and...there's no need to disturb me for no reason!"

Saying this he left, not even appearing concerned. She closed her eyes to rest for a while..when she remembered something.. Savina had told her there had been another serpent god...in the water realm itself, but..he if she remembers it correctly he had gone to the demon's side..yes..but..who was he? Savina might know more about this.

She has to meet him in order to come to know about the past mysteries. She has to go the water realm again tomorrow and she shouldn't trouble him maybe he didn't like her presence.

The next day:

Aanya was passing by the house of Melina( Her mother's best friend and her aunt) She thought to pay a visit to them ut thinking about her grandfather she halted he didn't really like her mother and..let it be she should just go..

When,

"Ayya...don't you see, I had just purchased these fish!"

Aanya apologized amd got up, it was a lady..quite beautiful actually.

Aanya: Salutations sorry..Goddess..

The lady in front of her was dumbfounded, this face she did recognize it.. she also teared up.

Aanya got scared: Sorry..I..I didn't mean to make you cry if you want I..I can buy some morw fish for you please stop crying.

The lady smiled,

"Oh..it's completely fine..dear..what's your name?"

Aanya: I..I am Aanya..

"Are..you related to the royal family?"

Aanya nodded..

"Yes..I..I am actually the ruler!"

The goddess's eyes sparkled,

"Are..you are you the King Orlom amd Queen Arvi's daughter?"

Aanya smiled: Yes..(she didn't fail to notice how the woman's tone softened as she said Arvi)

"Dear what are you doing here?"

Aanya: Umm I actually was just passing by..so..thought of paying visit to the Goddess Melina.

"Melina" The goddess eyes widened.

Aanya: Umm what happened tdo you know her?

She shook her head vigorously,

"No..No..I don't!"

Aanya felt as if the goddess was hiding something from her but what reason did she had to hide something from her.

Aanya: So I'll take your leave now..Fine

"Hmm wait take this..since you are traveling you might get hungry!"

Aanya smiled as the goddess handed her some apples in a small bag, she felt as if it was someone close to her had given her and again she got the feeling of as if her family was here.

As she left, the goddess sighed..100% Arvi's daughter she has got her nature..completely she even chuckled as she teared up slightly as she glanced at the house.

Aanya made her way to the water realm.. She just didn't know who to ask..who might tell about a previous serpent god. Since no one age here it was more difficult to find the elderly ones who might know. But by what she knew..the serpent god might still be alive but he shall be no one knows and maybe she would have to take a small trip to the demon god as well.

She sighed as she sat down under a tree and had a bite of the juicy apple..
