Nebula Blue
Thousands of stars are ever-present in the vast emptiness of space, always shining all around, for there is no day and night cycle in the cosmos. Wherever one looks, there is always a different star, a different constellation, and sometimes a rock floating through space. Some of these rocks are called asteroids, but there are also those huge rocks called planets. Some of them are habitable and hold life, and wherever there is life, there will be desire. Desire for growth, power, knowledge and whatever has value. Thus spacefaring civilisations expand, taking other star systems, building star bases and fleets, mining asteroids and colonizing suitable planets. But as a consequence of the never-ending expansion and desire, war exists, a never-ending conflict between the civilisations.
As so, what exactly should a lone human do? A human, who wasn't born in this galaxy, but instead one day woke up as a part of it. He did not know the language, he did not know the customs and he did not know anything about the politics of space. But yet he is there, and he too has a desire.
