"So what can you do?" Asked William as he soaked himself in the bath.
His parents were under pills and deep asleep. As for the neighbors and cameras? Someone was taking care of it, ensuring that his identity remained hidden.

"Hm..." hummed William as he relaxed into the bathtub to get his head around everything.

"What are 'Skills?'"

"How do I acquire skills?"

"Huh, Neet. What type of energies do I have access to now?"

"What?" asked William surprised.

"That sounds bad... Any negative effects on me ?" William asked worriedly.

William relaxed as he heard it.
"We will have to test the limits of what we can do later. Now I have to worry about fixing the roof or explaining to my parents why we have a hole in our house"
Said William as he got out of the bath and drained the water.

A few minutes later.
William was lying on his clean bed staring at the now-fixed roof thinking of something.
"Raphael" whispered William softly.

"Can you create a skill that can heal my parents/people in general?"

William went to his foster parents' bedroom and took a look at them with a complicated expression.
He REALLY wanted to heal them. He wanted the warmth that they bring to his life but he was afraid of what was coming to him in the future, of the dangers that lurk in this version of reality. It would be a relief if they had the power to protect themselves from whatever the world threw at them but it was not like he could give them powers...

Skill: Thought communication: Lets the holder talk with others who hold the same skill irrespective of the distance.
Extra Skill: Adaptive Shields: Creates and maintains a shield that blocks anything that can harm the holder. Becomes visible if the incoming threat exceeds a certain threshold. Has two modes. *Passive: stretcher over the skin of the holder and is invisible. *Active: creates a golden sphere around the user, which can be expanded to include others or a certain area at the cost of energy.

"Now let's see if this works <Reform>," said William as he had his hand over his parent's head and stomach.
As he said that a multicolored light exited his hands and went through his parents healing them of their injuries and illness and other conditions silently and painlessly and when the light was done they looked beautiful enough to rival models and as healthy as a human can be. William who looked at them was gobsmacked.

William blacked out and sat on the floor he couldn't believe he was able to do that. William slapped his face and woke himself up.
"Freez latter. Transfer skills first" said William as he stood up.

Came Raphael's announcement William just stood there in shock but quickly ran back to his room when he noticed his parents waking up.
