Aftermath

Earlier, after the heaven-defying wail.

"Good job," A man with a mask that covers his entire face, taps his hand at a humungous monster on his side, giving it some word of encouragement.

"Thank you… my Lord." 

The large mouth of the gigantic monster answered. In the process, its dark scales started to wither or extract from its body like a snake shedding its skin.

But unlike the snakes which grow larger since their body keeps getting bigger, the monster was the opposite as its size started to become smaller until its size became a size of a head of a normal adult.

The hideous monster's appearance turned into a ball, clearing all of its scales as it became smooth as silk.

The masked man grabbed the monster ball, seated down on the ground, and began caressing it.

"Meow~"

On the side, a black cat walked passed his arms, clinging its head to the man's knee.
