Chapter 16: Rome Sweet Rome

"No way!" Di screamed.

"Yeah, I even talked to Mr. Collins and arranged your vacation days!" Enzo shouted and hugged her.

"I'm losing my mind! I need a trip so badly! But where?" Di innocently asked.

Enzo looked at me nodding to say that it was time to give her the best news.

"To Rome!" I screamed and clapped my hands. I saw her pupils grow and her eyes open wide.

"Are you kidding me?!" she shouted. I shook my head while laughing.

"We're making your dream come true, Di," Aiden said, his hand on my waist.

"I can't believe it," she whispered..

I held her hand, "It's true, we're going to Rome together!"

She wiped her tears that had fallen down her face. "What did I do to deserve you, guys?" she looked at each of us with teary eyes.

"Happy birthday, sweetie," Elena hugged her.

"But it must be expensive!" Di shouted.

"Don't think about it Di, just enjoy your best birthday yet," Aiden smiled.

"It will be by far the best birthday I've ever had," she nodded.
