The Alpha's Mate

After bringing little Ryan to Lockwood's mansion, he was taken to one of the bedrooms. The news of Kai adopting a kid spread like a fire, grabbing each pack member's attention. The gossip began spreading among the pack.

"Did he bring a man-cub again?"

"Yes, I guess he is never going to find a mate"

"Why are you saying so? Is it because of the kid then come on, he had done it before too doesn't mean he will keep him here forever?"

The pack members talked while looking at Kai and Ivan heading towards the bedroom. Little Ryan dozed off in Kai's arms while the former held Ivan's hand.

But Kai wasn't bothered about anything. He did what felt right and now he wanted little Ryan safe. He wanted Ivan to be relieved. 

He tucked Ryan to the bed. Ivan covered the little boy in the duvet and noticed the bandage.
