Man-Friend

Ivan halted in his tracks and immediately looked back in the direction everyone ran shouting about the guest's arrivals.

A sleek red Mustang parked in front of the entrance. The chauffeur immediately got down and ran to open the door.

Their arrival dragged the crowd towards them like a magnet. 

The guards appointed for the guests came forward to handle the people that started gathering around the entrance.

All the cameras were aimed at them. Uncountable series of flashes and clicks happened in seconds.

Ivan tilted his head to look through the crowd to see if they have really arrived there. His eyes fell on the pair of shiny Gucci boots stepping down from the car. 

Augustus showed a dapper appearance, as he came out of the car raking his fingers through the golden streaks of hair. While adjusting his black blazer he looked like an exquisite expensive man about town.

The ruby crystal in his ear sparkled as he came in contact with the sunrays. That didn't affect him as it tamed the vampire within him when socializing with humans.

When Kai got down cameras turned at him. 

The ocean stone in his ring finger shined as he raked his hands through his hair. It has always helped him to control his Beta powers while being with humans and Vampires.

If it was taken out, then he won't be in charge of his powers anymore thus for the sake of his dear relationship with Augustus and Ivan, he always wore it. It was like a curse for him but a blessing for his relationships with the former two.

The primed vampire Augustus with leopard printed on his collar line, who has given a variety of sinful thoughts through the magazine covers stood along with a vigorously packed wolf, in a long leopard printed shirt loosely hanging on his buff arms, giving a clear view of his chiselled athletic body of eight packs becomes a quite scene to witness.

All the ladies swoon over them. They tried to get their attention. 

Augustus looked like the first smog of the winter. His icy, frozen gaze roamed everywhere with a moment of pauses, memorizing each face, invading the minds like a free bird. He leaned his elbow on Kai's broad shoulders showing his bond with him.

They knew this is surely not going to be well with their clans but only if they cared about that.

An inch taller than the former, Kai Lockwood showed a bracelet gifted by Ivan to the media, while doing a sign of peace with his fingers.

Augustus touched his tie remembering Ivan's gift.

This entire scene broadcasted live on the television news channel which also aired on their houses. It didn't go well with their families as they watched Kai and Augustus together.

In Kai's house, their leader, Alpha June walked in the hallways only to find other pack members watching the bond between their beta and former vampire. Alpha June immediately grabbed the remote and switched off the television which scattered the pack in doing their respective work.

As Augustus and Kai made into the news, Zefer Borbon, the head of the clan looked engrossed playing the pool game. He bowled perfectly without missing to earn a point.

The duplets has nothing else in their mind as they quietly faced the cameras.

Women couldn't decide whom to stare at first.

The six feet model looked like desirable eye candy while the fighter has his ways to own their hearts.

The cameraman and media immediately came forward and tried to click them from every angle they got. Some tried to throw unnecessary questions about their personal life and dating stuff. They wanted to capture them from head to toe.

"Are you dating someone?" 

The reporter asked. 

Augustus remained blank-faced, not showing any hint of a smile on his face meanwhile Kai boldly answered, "I'm waiting for the right one" 

Then they saw a familiar old figure running towards them along with the staff and welcomed them with a pleased face giving them a bouquet.

Kai held the bouquet knowing Augustus hates flowers. He gave it to the chauffeur not before plucking a white rose from it and sneakily putting it in his vampire friend's trouser pockets.

As they were busy getting greetings and welcomed by everyone, Ivan stood far at a distance glaring at them.

His mouth fell open when he saw his friends. Augustus took care of his clothes, no wonder living to be a model but Kai!

Wearing a piece of attire that reveals his eight packs and rugged chest. The above piece of cloth abstractly paired with bellbottom trousers went beyond Ivan's senses.

The way women ogled at the two men and tried to be on their radar didn't faze the duplet's minds.

Augustus and Kai moved further while looking for the person who brought them there with a single warning.

'Where is our human?'

Both had the same thing going on in their minds.

Augustus glanced around while walking ahead with Kai, looking for Ivan. Amidst the crowd, it becomes difficult to find the five foot five inch.

While smiling at everyone and behaving just like a human, Kai tried to find Ivan. Both of them could feel a humanly heat coming towards him.

Some glances around here and there, then saw Ivan approaching them clenching his fists and throwing flames through his eyes.

Kai's smile grew wide as he saw his favourite human. Augustus quickly looked in his direction.

Ivan tried hard to control hard for an hour but not anymore. He looked so ready to snap when he saw his friends halted for him.

Taking a moment, both tall individuals stared at their manfriend from head to toe. Augustus's adam apples bobbed as he held his breathing reading Ivan's mind and all the curses for him. Kai couldn't stop smiling while looking at Ivan. His puffed cheeks vibrated slightly while taking long strides.

He blurted while almost reaching near to them, "Where the hell you two wer-"

Before he completes, Augustus and Kai took him in an embrace.

Ivan gasped as both of them slightly raised him above the ground.

Augustus inhaled deeply, finally meeting him, taking all of his soothing scents, filling through his nostrils while closing his eyes.

Kai felt his racing heart coming back to normal as his hand rested on tiny's waist. Ivan couldn't breathe under their tight embraces. He patted their shoulders, signalling them to leave him.

Both of them pulled away, breaking their hug and letting Ivan touch the ground.

"Amor, how am I looking?" Kai looked at him expectingly while showing off his abstract clothing. Every part of his chiselled upper body is almost on display.

"How does an animal looks?" Augustus rolled his eyes while commenting on Kai's dressing sense.

"Ahhh, ungrateful soul, you are also wearing a piece of the skin. That leopard will haunt you." Kai murmured.

Augustus huffed glancing at him.

Devil may care!

Ivan becomes frustrated as they talked about themselves and forgot his existence.

"SHUT UP YOU TWO! I was calling you for a long, why you weren't attending my calls? Not even a reply!"

Kai instantly showed his red knuckles telling through his gestures where he was busy while Augustus blinked severely as he hated giving reasons to Ivan.

Humans do that to defend themselves not vampires, he thought.

"Fine, we need to talk on this but not now. Right now be here and enjoy the ceremony. You two are guests here so forget about being friends. Now move!" Ivan snapped in his low voice but words sharp.

Augustus and Kai gulped knowing they have yet to face their Tiny's wrath.

Looking at Ivan turning and walking away, both looked at each other and decided to follow up on the event.

The presence of popular special guests at the ceremony gave a thrilling joy to everyone's faces. Parents looked ecstatic meeting the charming two men. The gifts Augustus and Kai brought were kept on display. The staff shared it among kids.

While Kai got along with kids, holding three at a time in his arms while a bunch of them ran around him, Augustus preferred to stay away from them.

Still Ivan's favourite student Lilly walked towards Augustus. While scanning around the decorated place with no traces of expressions on his face, he felt someone is watching him.

His eyes fell on a girl standing in front of him. Her height reached till his knees. Both of them looked at each other. She smiled innocently at him. There was one way to wipe her smile, the vampire in him talked and he slowly parted his lips, showing his fangs to her.

But only if it budged her.

Lilly mimicked him, moving her hands up and showing her fingers like claws.

Augustus closed his mouth immediately. He cursed all the vampire shows for ruining the fear in everyone's minds. She ran away leaving a faint smile on his face. Soon he heard a familiar voice echoing everywhere. He turned and walked away.

The principal led the guests to the special sitting arrangement organized for them.

Kai and Augustus plopped on their places, looking at their best friend on stage talking on the mic. Augustus sat properly crossing his legs while Kai rested his arm behind, spreading his legs wide, carefree to throw shades of his manhood.

Women kept stealing glances at them and clicking their photos on their mobiles. Their husbands felt sure of hating the men after the ceremony.

The cameramen settled in front of the two, clicking them together. Augustus kept his blank face on shoving his hand in his pocket and found a white rose. He threw it at Kai knowing he did it. Kai in between posed showing a peace sign at the camera smiling notoriously.

They focused on their manfriend standing on the stage.

Ivan held the mic in both hands. Nervousness flashed in his almond eyes. He constantly puckered his lower lip then burst into a shy smile that reached his eyes. He covered his mouth with his half-sleeved palm. His soft facial features shined as sun rays fell on him. With the warm affectionate presence, he looked ethereal among the lush greenery in the decorated garden.

Kai couldn't look elsewhere from Ivan while Augustus eyed him toe to head.

Ivan looked ravishing even in the cute clothes. Such innocence is rare to witness.

They saw Ivan taking a deep breath before starting to talk that involuntarily made the duplets inhale too.

"It's a farewell ceremony and the last day with my kids. I will surely be going to miss you all but before saying goodbyes, I have a special surprise for you all and the special guests as well."

Augustus appeared calm but hooked while Kai straighten up in his place hearing their human has a surprise for them.

He looked impatient as he rubbed his palms getting ready for the surprise. Augustus sat there folding his hands, but he was elated inside his mind.

"Are you ready for the surprise?"

Kai along with hundred of kids cheered up throwing their hands above.

Augustus waited while holding his gaze with Ivan, looking at him and smiling at everyone. He becomes curious to know what's going on as everybody started gathering around Ivan.
