Narrator's POV

Today would be the Final Battle.

Today the Light would fall and the Dark would rise.

Today Albus Dumbledore and his Order would perish.

Dumbledore and the other nine Order members arrived to a field outside the Ministry Building where the battle would take place.

The Order stood ready to attack when the Dark arrived, their numbers high compared to the Light.

Dumbledore fired a spell towards the Dark but it bounced off harmlessly.

"Attack!" Dumbledore shouted, and Arthur, Molly, and Elphias did so, but the other six did not move.

The Light's spells did nothing.

After a while, Arthur noticed the his sons and daughter-in-law doing nothing, "Come on, help us."

"You always said that we needed to find a cause we believed in, dad," Gold chuckled, rolling up his sleeve to show his Dark Mark "are you proud?"

"You six have become monsters." Arthur replied as the other five Weasleys rolled up their sleeves to show their Dark Mark

"The only monsters I see are the four of you." Charmer defended as he and the other five walked over to the Dark

"Surprised, Albus?" Lord Voldemort sneered

"None the less, I will win for Ellen and Calypso at least." Albus replied

"So you did get our message." The Queen chuckled

"You will pay." Dumbledore said through grit-teeth

"Calypso is alive, you know." The Queen taunted

"Where is she?" Albus asked

Verity cackled as she let her form change into Calypso, "Surprise, motherfucker."

The Queen laughed as the Dark Lord spoke, "I'll give you one chance to surrender, Albus, your fighters are outnumbered a hundred to one."

"Never, the Light will always prevail!" Albus screamed

"Then you will die like the fools you are." The Dark Lord replied "Attack!"

The Order stood its own for a considerable amount of time, actually able to fatally wound three Death Eaters, but healers quickly helped them.

But, age beat the Order in the end: the remaining Order members were over fifty while the Death Eaters had as young as eighteen.

The Order was taken as prisoners and Lord Voldemort cast the Dark Mark into the sky for the last time for the war.

The Death Eaters returned to Riddle Manor to celebrate.

Molly, Arthur, and Elphias were chained in different areas of the room while Albus was chained in front of the throne.

Wine, firewhiskey, butterbeer, and other drinks were handed out as they toasted to victory.

The Death Eaters formed a half-circle around the prisoners at the center of the room while facing the Dark Lord.

"My loyal Death Eaters, tonight we celebrate our hard earned victory," Lord Voldemort announced and the crowd cheered "tomorrow is the beginning of a new, better wizarding age. But for right now, we have three prisoners to dispose of."

The Dark Lord, his Queen, as the chained Albus watched as the Death Eaters spilt into their three groups: the Queen's Court half-circled around Molly; the Inner Circle half-circled around Arthur; and the Outer Circle half-circled around Elphias.

Nagini curled up around the throne protectively while the Dark Lord, his Queen, and Albus watched the three prisoners be tortured mercilessly.

Albus watched in horror as the Death Eaters threw around curse after jinx after hex at Molly, Arthur, and Elphias.

The Order members, after about five hours finally died: Elphias was killed by Bennie Schultes with the Blasting Hex; Arthur was killed by Lucius with the Cutting Curse; and Molly was killed by Fred and George with one of their rejected- joke-items.

Albus wondered why he was spared but realization quickly hit him: the we're going to do worse to him than they did the others.
