The Children of Marelirium: Rouge Children

The five of them are indeed back. Lt. Graves and Sgt. Poe are each grappling with a child.

"Let me go!" the kid with Lt. Graves says as he tries to break free of our giant's grip.

The children aren't at the best state. Their clothes are all grimed-up and torn all over, their shoes full of holes. Their faces are covered in dirt, their hairs messy and caked with dirt. I can smell them from meters away, the smell of the streets and of dried sweat.

"The poor little ones," I hear Lt. Song say to me as she gets up to meet our companions.

"Are they well?" she loudly says.

Major Felix replies by putting his hands on his hips and breathing heavily.

"Took a bit to catch 'em. These ones are nimble," Major Felix replies, breathing heavily.

"Not what I asked," Lt. Song replies.

"Ahh. They look fine. A bit ragged out, bu…"

"Let me go! I don't wanna go there!" one off the children continues to scream, still squirming under Lt. Graves' firm grip.
