Oh good, their here again

➜ [ Middleton ]

Cameron with a bag filled with a load of clothes sprinted through his home and straight out the door where two females stood in wait.

Katherine, now 15, has experienced a noticeable transformation in her appearance. Her brunette hair, now styled into an easy chignon, has gained a subtle shine and vitality, her light brown eyes now exude pure clear sparks.

Marcy, now 21, still carries a commanding presence, but it has only grown more refined. Her peach skin maintains its soft radiance, Her short, chic hair, now gracefully brushing her shoulders, and her dark brown eyes continue to captivate.

"Come on Cameron!" Marcy shouted. "I'm all fired up and ready for this road trip."

"Alright-"

"-wait young man." Celec appeared. "You can't leave without giving your mother a hug."

"Seriously mom? We're gonna be late."

"The more you complain instead of doing it will make you more late."

"Fine."

Cameron shared a hug with his mother before heading into the Sienna. Marcy waved goodbye as she drove forward.

"Wait young man." Katherine mocked Cameron's mother, "I should've recorded that."

"Yeah, yeah, laught it off. It's not like you didn't give your mother a hug dumpshit."

"I had an option like a grown person dumpshit."

"It's either that or her mother didn't want to give her a hug if you know what I mean." Marcy added.

"Of course she wanted to give me a hug." Katherine said offended.

Marcy shook her head, "It didn't look like that to me, I remember her opening the door for you and the second you left she closed it."

"What ever happened to girl power?"

➜ [ Straton City ]

The Sienna arrived at its first destination, Straton City. Known for its connection to Middleton, the city had a peculiar habit of simultaneously maintaining and denying its affiliation.

Straton, though smaller in size compared to other cities, was more akin to a bustling town rather than a sprawling metropolis. However, its relatively smaller scale did not exempt it from the occasional threat of mutants or malevolent robots. At present, an evil robot had infiltrated the city, wreaking havoc on its unsuspecting inhabitants. Naturally, Cameron's attention was drawn to the unfolding chaos.

"Alright!" He cheered. "A robot the first moments of the trip, it must be my lucky day or something."

"You mean our lucky day." Katherine added.

"No just me, Marcy has to guard the Sienna and well you don't have much control over your own power so I think this is a Cameron thing."

A green flash shined in the face of Katherine and a burst of fire exploded into the sky.

The robot continued its rain of havoc for an extra minute or so before being stopped by an incredible inferno punch from BurnOut.

"Now this is my favourite part of the job."

The robot quickly recovered and launched a series of punches at BurnOut, but most of them missed their mark. BurnOut adeptly dodged the attacks and seized the opportunity to unleash a powerful burst of fire, stunning the robot in the process.

In the midst of BurnOut's fiery defense, the robot fired a powerful laser blast, propelling him into a nearby car. Despite the audience's disapproval, BurnOut managed to extricate himself from the wreckage.

"Oh come on now, this is harder than it looks people so please bare with me alright."

BurnOut was ready to jet forward and continue the fight when the robot was shot back by a missile. The people watching started cheering as a suit of armour wearing hero flew forward and punched the robot in the stomach.

"No way!" BurnOut geeked. "It Can't be?!"

The hero delivered a punch that sent the robot into a bunch of buildings which was bad, but the people failed to take note of that. BurnOut jetted forward to where the hero was to exchange a greeting.

"Ohmygod! Megahit! Megahit!" BurnOut called.

Megahit with a smug smile turned over to BurnOut and just before anything could happen a claw extended out from the robot, BurnOut quickly pointed forward releasing a burst of fire that moved the claw back saving Megahit, this made the crowd cheer for the fire alien.

Powered by the cheering crowd, BurnOut surged forward and dove into the robot's open mouth. With a mighty burst of fire from within, he obliterated the robot into fragments. As the smoke cleared, BurnOut emerged in his skeletal form, greeted by applause from the onlookers.

MegaHit landed in front of BurnOut with a puckered smile, the people weren't too focused on him though.

BurnOut fanboyed, "MegaHit?! I'm a huge fan of you man, you have no idea how big of a fan I am."

"Really now? So you're just a fanboy alien that's trying to make a name for themselves by taking my wins."

"I'm so sorry sir!" BurnOut fell onto his knees. "I didn't mean too, I just wanted to impress you! Please forgive me!"

"It's fine, I understand. Why don't we-"

"-Aw man, I have to go MegaHit sir, I have a ten minute limit."

"That's okay, let's shake on it first."

"Of Course!" BurnOut exclaimed as he shaked hands with MegaHit.

"I'm having an opening day at the MegaHit tower, it would be great if you were there."

BurnOut entered his fire form and exploded off in a burst of fire.

➜ [ Moments Later ]

The Sienna came to a stop near a coffee shop. Cameron walked out the shop with a tray of three coffees and entered the Sienna.

"Nice of you to take a coffee break on your way back," Marcy joked.

Cameron chimed in, "When you timeout on a coffee shop billboard, I dare you to find a way to explain yourself to the manager without bribing them with coffee."

Katherine remarked, "I saw how well you saved the day, Mister Hero."

"Saved the day well?! That doesn't do it justice! I single-handedly saved the day, alongside MegaHit, the coolest superhero around!" Cameron declared enthusiastically.

"MegaHit? You're talking about that guy wearing that purple and white superhero armour right?" Katherine said.

"Yep! The goat himself, and we're being invited to one of his expo's!!!" Cameron exclaimed.

"It's an open invitation." Marcy revealed.

➜ [ Moments Later - - ]

Cameron was experiencing the best dream of his life, the dream was so great that he failed to notice a red light shine from outside his tent. A robotic arm stretched into the tent grabbing Cameron by the waist side.

The arm was then cut in half by a dark line of energy. The energy reshaped into a small sphere that floated besides Katherine.

"Next time you try and sneak up on us, make sure your light is turned off, alright."

A red beam shined in the eye of the robot - Katherine knew what was coming next and quickly reshaped the sphere into a rectangle that deflected the beam from the robot.

A green flash shined from inside the tent and Munch jumped out with a green ball of energy from his mouth. The energy knocked the robot into the sky, Marcy leaped off of the Sienna and drop kicked the robot into the ground.

"That could've ended horribly." Munch acknowledged.

"Is this another bounty thing?" Marcy wondered.

"Nope." Munch shook his head, "This robot looks like a mini version of that big robot I fought."

"A tracker or something, must have been placed onto you by that big robot." Marcy guessed.

"Is that even possible? I thought the omnitrix would have absorbed the thing and destroyed it." Munch believed.

Katherine gave a irritated sigh,"It's your watch and you don't even know how it works?"

Munch turned to her retorting, "I just got this thing."

Katherine looked down at Munch and came back with, "Yeah like three years ago."

Marcy yawned. "No guys, no, let's do the bickering and other stuff tomorrow morning, I'm tired."

➜ [ MegaHit Tower ]

The Megahit Tower open day was here, all the Megahit fans were more than excited to have a chance to enter the base of their ideal.

Cameron showed his true fan boy nature by wearing a Megahit cap and a shirt that had an image of Megahit punching a criminal painted in the center.

The tour started with Maguire Connor the man behind the Megahit identity greet everyone before explaining to them the rules and regulations.

"Maguire Connor? If I remember correctly, the guy who was behind Megahit, didn't he have a name that started with a B or something?" Katherine asked.

"Yeah." Cameron nodded. "He was the first Megahit, but he's in jail now, that's why Maguire Connor took over."

"That's stupid. I can't believe that I came here." Katherine groaned before turning to Marcy. "And it's all because you forced me too!"

"I regret doing that to be honest." Marcy revealed to Katherine.

"Don't worry, next time we're gonna force him to go to somewhere we want to go."

"Like a Myna Yim concert?"

"Of course! She's actually having one, I think we should start getting tickets."

The tour went well for the fans, they were able to see rooms that were believed to be comic exclusive and they were able to see where some of the movies would be practiced.

This experience was of course exciting for the fans, but the other people such as Katherine weren't as excited. After the tenth room tour Katherine decided it would be a good idea to sneak away. Cameron was far too busy sucking in the beautiful scenery to pay attention to his sister sneaking off.

"Whoa..." Katherine sounded. "Now this is a real superhero room. There's even a great setup, I'm guessing this is the main operational room."

Katherine turned over to the left where a bunch of pods were located, she approached the pods and took a closer look at what was inside. She was able to see a small glimpse of a familiar robot before she heard footsteps.

The dark sphere built around Katherine turning her invisible. An elevator door opened and Maguire entered the room. Maguire went over to the main computer and started working on something.

Maguire worked on the console, he muttered under his breath, "Almost done here... guests are checked for, and, hopefully, that fire guy or whoever he is beneath that mask has arrived." He pulled a red lever and continued, "Could be anyone, for all I know. My best guess is that they - or she - are... Yes, they're here."

Katherine wondered what Maguire was doing and whispered to herself, "What the hell is he doing?"

Maguire, still muttering, responded, "Which system was it now? Why are there so many systems on this damn thing? You've got to be kidding me... Ah, there it is!"

As one of the pods opened, a robot emerged and moved forward. On the screen, a visual image of the robots surroundings appeared, and it promptly fired a blast at the ground, causing it to fall straight into the tour group's path.

Cameron couldn't believe his eyes. "You've got to be kidding me!" He quickly activated the omnitrix, ready to fight.

CrashSpring expertly weaved through the tower's exhibit displays, using them as makeshift obstacles to hinder his metallic adversary. Ripping a massive boulder from a display, CrashSpring hurled it towards the robot with a mighty throw, momentarily stunning it.

"Dude, I have to tell you what you're doing right now is super not cool."

But the evil robot quickly recovered, launching itself at CrashSpring with electrified claws. "You want to go head on, then let's go HeadOn!" The two combatants clashed, their blows reverberating through the tower. CrashSpring's exoskeleton protected him from the robot's sharp strikes, while his enhanced strength allowed him to deliver powerful kicks, "How do you like that!"

➜ Meanwhile

Marcy's phone buzzed with an incoming call, and she quickly answered, "Marcy, you won't believe what I've found at the expo! I think we've stumbled upon something big." Katherines voice was heard on the other end.

Marcy's voice sounded both curious and concerned. "What is it, Katherine? What did you discover?"

"There's a hidden passage in the lobby, and it led me to an elevator, I took the elevator and next thing I knew I'm standing in the secret base of Megahit and I think it's secret for good reasons, you should come here," Katherine explained urgently.

As Marcy arrived at the base, her eyes widened at the sight before her. Dusty monitors flickered with forgotten information, and faded blueprints lined the walls.

She turned to Katherine, her voice filled with disbelief. "Katherine, how did you find this place? And what on earth is going on?"

Katherine's eyes shone with determination as she shared her findings with Marcy. "I found evidence that MegaHit has been staging all those battles, manipulating the media to make himself look like a hero. It's all a ploy, Marcy. We need to expose him."

Marcy's voice trembled with shock. "But...MegaHit was Cameron's hero. How could he do something like this?"

"Don't know, I tried warning Cameron, but hearing by the shakes from downstairs I think he might be occupied."

➜ Meanwhile

The fight escalated, CrashSpring vaulting off the towering displays, using the height advantage to execute acrobatic spinning kicks that propelled him towards his foe, "Kinda sucks that you can't catch me, huh, sucks to be you-" The robot, equally agile, retaliated with rapid laser barrages, forcing CrashSpring to somersault and twist mid-air to dodge the deadly projectiles.

With each clash and dodge, the surroundings became a part of their battle. CrashSpring ducked behind a holographic statue, its luminescent figure lending him momentary cover from the robot's relentless assault. "I just wanted to see my favourite, how is that so difficult to ask for... alright time to attack back," He took advantage of the disruption to respond with a series of lightning-fast strikes, landing blows on the robot's critical joints.

MegaHit, the famous superhero himself, burst onto the scene, his muscular frame radiating power and determination. "I am here now, it's clear the alien hero struggles to handle this beast so I'll deal with him myself."

MegaHit swiftly assessed the situation, his eyes locking onto the evil robot. Without hesitation, he launched himself towards the metallic foe, delivering a devastating punch that sent shockwaves rippling through the air. The robot staggered from the blow, momentarily stunned.

"I was doing pretty well all by myself, but, yeah, yeah, sure you can help." CrashSpring muttered then he heard his phone ring, he searched for a pocket on CrashSpring and pulled out the phone, "Hello? This is Cameron Lenardo-"

"-Shut up and come upstairs, lobby side elevator not far from north don't go south, right now!" Marcy's voice sounded urgent.

"I would totally love to be there, but-" The omnitrix flashed green and Cameron sighed, "-on my way."

As Cameron reached the top of the tower, he saw Marcy and Katherine waiting for him, their expressions grave.

"What's going on? Why did you call me here? Is this Megahit's secret base from the comics?!" Cameron asked, slightly out of breath.

Marcy pointed towards the evidence. "Cameron, we found something shocking. MegaHit has been fabricating his heroics. These robots here... they're the ones he's been sending out to fight."

Cameron's voice trembled with disbelief. "What? no... that can't be true. MegaHit is a hero, h-heroes never do that."

Katherine placed a comforting hand on Cameron's shoulder. "We know it's hard to accept, but we have proof. Look at these tags on the robots. They all have MegaHit's logo."

"It's weird nobody noticed that." Marcy added a slight joke.

Cameron's eyes filled with shock. "This can't be true... I guess never meeting your hero holds true, are you guys sure about this? Maybe this is a ploy by one of his enemies."

"Then that enemy must have been his enemy for years to plan all of this." Katherine said.

Cameron sighed, "What do we do now?"

Marcy spoke up with determination. "We expose him. We show the world what MegaHit has been doing, and we hold him accountable for his actions."

Cameron's voice wavered as he considered the next steps. "But... how? He's so loved. It even took me a moment there to believe you guys, what makes you think the rest of the Meghearts will believe us so quickly?"

Katherine reassured him. "We gather all the evidence we can find and present it to the authorities, the media, anyone who will listen. The truth must be known."

Cameron took a deep breath, "Let's hope that works. Is it really a crime though? I mean he stopped the villains at the end of the day."

"He put the lives of countless people in danger, for a trivial reason, you can't ignore that." Marcy explained.

The door swung open, revealing MegaHit himself, standing in the doorway with a fake smile plastered on his face. "Well, well, what do we have here?" he sneered, his voice dripping with arrogance.

"It's over, MegaHit," Marcy said, defiance lacing her every word. "We know the truth about your deception, and by default the peacemakers know."

MegaHit's smile faltered for a moment before he regained his composure. "Oh, really? And just what proof do you have?"

Katherine stepped forward, holding up the evidence they had collected. "We have video footage, and these robot tags bearing your logo. It's clear that you've been using these robots to carry out your heroic acts."

Cameron's voice shook, a mix of anger and disappointment. "How could you, MegaHit? Dude, I looked up to you, admired you. And all this time, you've been nothing but a fraud."

MegaHit's face twisted into an expression of disdain. "Admired? Look around you. Look at this city, saved countless times by my heroic efforts. Would you all prefer chaos and destruction instead?"

Marcy stepped forward, her voice unwavering. "We won't stand for deception, MegaHit. The people deserve the truth. They need to know who their real heroes are."

A flicker of uncertainty flashed in MegaHit's eyes, his gaze shifting between the determined trio. But soon, his arrogant façade returned. "You think you can take me down? You're nothing but insignificant bugs trying to challenge my legacy."

The battleground crackled with escalating tension as MegaHit, donned in his formidable battlesuit that resembled Ironmans suit, faced off against Katherine, Marcy, and Cameron.

"I guess it's time for us to be heroes." Cameron said as he got into position besides his family.

"What do you mean us, Mr offline?" Katherine mocked.

MegaHit, towering over his opponents, unleashed a barrage of repulsor blasts towards Katherine, who swiftly summoned her orb, "I don't think so!" The orb transformed into a solid punch, meeting MegaHit's attacks head-on, "You're gonna have to try better than that," MegaHit's suit was built to withstand such force, and he pressed forward relentlessly.

Marcy darted around the perimeter, her lithe form gracefully evading MegaHit's attacks, "You have so much openings, you don't even know." With each dodge, she landed precision strikes and unleashed her blasters, aiming to weaken the armored juggernaut.

"This all so pointless!" Cameron shouted, "Dude, you're a hero, why even do this-"

"-You don't understand," MegaHit growled, his voice betraying a mix of anger and bitterness. "I didn't want to be just another Megahit. I wanted to be THE Megahit, the best version of heroism this city has ever seen."

Marcy's eyes narrowed with both empathy and reproach. "But using fake robots and deceiving everyone, tarnishing the image those who came before yoy built... that's not how true heroism works." She then moved into attack Megahit.

MegaHit, undeterred, locked onto her movements, countering her attack with calculated precision. "I never meant for it to go this far. It started as a plan to simply magnify my heroic influence, to ensure that people saw me as unparalleled."

The fight loosened Katherine's chignon, which scattered some of her loose hair around her face, "But that's not true heroism!"

"You don't know what true heroism is!!!" MegaHit exclaimed with his barely damaged armor.

Cameron continued to scold the Omnitrix, frustration mounting. "Come on, you piece of junk! Activate already!" he muttered under his breath. "You just wait MegaHit, I'll whoop your ass any second now."

The battle raged on, a relentless dance of power and agility. Katherine seamlessly transitioned her orb into a protective shield, blocking MegaHit's powerful strikes. Marcy, with her feline reflexes, attempted to find a weakness in the battlesuit's defenses but was met with relentless resistance. MegaHit, fueled by his suit's advanced technology, was steadfast and unyielding.

"His damn good." Marcy said wiping blood off her cheeks and pushing some of her away from her face.

Katherine tied her in a quick ponytail because she was tired of it spreading about, as she said, "He's been doing this for years, experience is key."

MegaHit towered above the three as they grouped up, "I thought if I could save the day on a grander scale, I would finally be recognized as the hero I aspired to be."

Cameron looked up from the omnitrix, as he said, "You're no hero... You're the one that knows nothing about heroism... it's not all just about fame, it's about more than that.

The omnitrix glowed green and Katherine quickly shielded the group, inturn hiding Cameron from Megahit. MegaHit fired forward a rocket from his shoulders, a green flash shined from behind the shield, when the shield fell down ReLode stood menacingly with his arm up holding the rocket in place.

ReLode glared at Megahit as he said, "It's good this little girl teleported that young boy to call me, he seemed pretty upset, he said something about his hero betraying him and then he told me... to fuck him up."

MegaHit lunged towards Relode, intent on taking him down. "I hate you alien heroes... you will not ruin my career!"

ReLode shielded himself with a magnetic force pushing Megahit back, Megahit then decided to fire off a dozen missiles at every angle.

With a swift display of mastery over magnetism and energy manipulation, ReLode was able to hold every missile shot from Megahit and easily broke down his defences.

MegaHit who is currently in the air said, "Magnetic powers are quiet useful, but I can easily disarm those missiles making them useless when you shoot them back to me."

"I'm your biggest fan, I already know that, which means I already know we have to distract you long enough for those missiles to reach you."

As Marcy fired her blaster, Katherine's sphere swiftly attached itself to MegaHit, teleporting him to the ground below. Marcy's blast struck him while he was vulnerable, leaving him open for ReLode to guide the missiles directly towards him.

"Worst hero ever!" ReLode retorted, as himself, Marcy and Katherine stood victorious near MegaHit's body.
