Plans for World Travel

When Noctis teleported away, he didn't return to the tavern, rather he went to the private farm. When he entered the farm, he saw small buildings that acted as a factories and Ren went to Android 17 to ask him about the production facilities.

"The production lines are ready to operate but the number of the produce is too small because of the barn's size. It would take at most, 2 to 3 months before the production lines starts to produce the meat like pork, beef, and chicken. As for the milk, we could start immediately, we are only waiting for your approval." Android 17 said as he explained to Noctis.

"Fine, system expand the barn and separate the mutated cows and bulls who will be used for breeding and for their meat to the ones who will be used for milk." Noctis said and a big construction sign fell down from the sky and landed in front of the barn with a 24 hours timer.

Noctis felt the World Tree seed germinating as he felt another source of vitality in the area where Android 17 planted another World Tree seed.

Android 17 then told Noctis more of the specifics of the farm and Noctis listened.

"System, provide Android 17 an ample amount of high-class devil fruit seeds. Also plant some crops and see if they'll mutate. If they do list out the traits of the mutated crops and test whether they are safe to consume or not. If they are not fit for human consumption try the animals. Also try to see if their evolution would vary from time to time. As for you, take care of them well." Noctis said and Android 17 nodded.

After a few minutes of talking, Noctis finally returned to the tavern. When the new customers saw Noctis, their emotions were split. Some of them were afraid of Noctis, some of them were in awe of Noctis being a space mage, some of them respected Noctis who punished the man for disrespecting his wife.

When Noctis entered the tavern, he saw the twins working with Android 18 as the head chef while the two supported her. When they saw Noctis, they paused a little but Noctis motioned them to continue as he went to the backyard and saw Irene reading a book while lying down on the hammock. Seeing her reading, Noctis remembered the things he got from Alvares' treasure room but decided to brush it off for a moment. He then sat down beside Irene.

"Is something worrying you dear?" Irene placed down the book asked as she sat down beside Noctis and gave him a warm hug.

"I'm going to talk to my family members about travelling to another world." Noctis said which made Irene get the gist of what is going to happen.

"Are we going to meet Meliodas and that little lady?" Irene asked.

"No. An advanced world. In the future, it will the norm for Lucis. As for my parents... I'm a little worried about it. There's 2 worlds suitable for mother and father to venture to. One of them is an advanced world with cooking as their main trade (Shokugeki no Souma) while the other, you will have to capture the ingredients yourself (Toriko). The former is safe but the ingredients are normal, while the other is pretty dangerous but rewarding." Noctis said as he rubbed the bridge of his nose.

"As for me, I'm going to travel to a world full of water. I will search for a fruit where I can use it to help you." Noctis said as he held his wife's waist and caresses her stomach.

"Do you want me to come with you?" Irene asked a little worried. She was worried because her husband is going to a world where she don't know a lot and that's what worried her, the unknown.

Sensing his wife's worries, he removed his hand from her waist as he used his hands to cup her face and stared at her eyes.

"I'm going to be fine. Trust your husband's strength. No one's strong enough to take my life in that world." Noctis said as he reassured his wife.

"Then return as soon as you get what you need." Irene said in an ordering tone.

"I know." Noctis replied.

"You're not allowed to die on me." Irene continued still in an ordering tone.

"I know, no need to remind me." Noctis said as he gave Irene a light kiss on her lips. Finally Irene smiled as she looked at Noctis lovingly. Her demeanor of a general changed into a loving housewife tending to her husband.

Noctis on the other hand is still curious as to how women change quickly but decided not to pursue the topic. Understanding a woman as a man is a feat he is not willing to take. He would rather beat the lights out off of Acnologia than understand why a woman says they don't have clothes when their closet is full of them.

"Let's go to meet my parents?" Noctis asked as Irene blushed.

"Sure." Irene said. Although she had met Noctis' parents, she is still nervous around them. Sensing her nervousness, Noctis chuckled.

"Don't worry dear, just act like you usually do." Noctis said as he put his hand on her waist once more as Irene leaned on him.

After a few minutes of cuddling, the couplr finally stood up and went inside.

"18, Ram, Rem. Hold the Fort. We are going back to my parents." Noctis said and the customers heard him.

"Boss, you're going to leave again?" The man asked.

"Yep, I'm going to take my wife to see my parents." Noctis said lightly while Irene pinched Noctis' waist.

"Looks like the Boss' wife is nervous." A man said making Noctis chuckle while Irene glared at the man and continued pinching Noctis.

"Don't worry boss, leave the tavern to us. If someone troublesome comes we'll deal with it." The man said as he proudly beat his chest.

"Haha! You bet boss, we'll take care of them! For a small discount of course!" A man chimed in and the crowd laughed while the couple chuckled.

"No need. If someone's causing trouble let my workers deal with them. If they can't deal with the troublemaker, Fenrir is going to have a snack." Noctis lightly said and the crowd turned silent. Many of them had the guts to become rowdy because the Wolf King is not outside sleeping.

Noctis' words just now just strengthened their resolution not to cause trouble. None of them want to end up in the Wolf King's stomach.
