Her Trust.

Tatiana walked into Jack holding his sleeping son. She paused at the door glaring at the three people inside the house. They had not knocked and walked right in.

"What is he doing here?" she said in a low voice.

"Bestie, your back already. Thought you call me to bring him downstairs" Patricia walked to her.

Tatiana passed her the cake she had bought, "Wanted to bring you this".

She walked up to Jack and took her son and walked out without saying goodbye.

Patrica placed the cake down, "I told you it wasn't a good idea" she yelled running after her friend.

She got down to find her already driving off.

"Did you talk to her?" Eric asked.

"No, she had left already" Patricia dropped to the couch.

"I'm sorry," Jack said.

"Leave already," Patricia said, "it's your fault"

Jack said goodbye and left.

"Dont worry love, I will take the fault and tell Tatiana it was me who called him".

"But she trusted me and I let Jack inside to see Gabriel after knowing how she hates him"

"We will talk to her tomorrow," he said.

"Am going to bed?" she said walking to the bedroom.

Eric turned to the cake, "Then I guess I will have this huge cake alone" he said.

Patrick ran back, "No, it was mine, not yours"

He chuckled, "Let's have some before we head to bed"

"We are sorry Miss Kennel, but before allowing little Gabriel into our school, we need your and his father's consent"

Tatiana frowned, "Can't you just ignore the father part"

"We need to see both parents. This simplifies our job when we want to contact either of you and also be able to protect him when someone posses as one of you" the principal said.

Tatiana sighed looking down at her son.

"Okay, we will be back tomorrow. Thank you"

"Welcome, see you again tomorrow with his father".

Tatiana drove back home in a bad mood. It was the best school and she wanted her son to have the best. After feeding Gabriel and letting him go play, she called Eric telling him what had happened.

"Can you pretend to be his father just for the school to permit Gabriel to start school soon?" she said.

"Am fine with it but only on one condition "

"what is it?" she asked.

"You talk to Patrica again, she has been sulking all week since you left and ignored her," he said.

Tatiana chuckled, "Am good with that, see you tomorrow then"

After she hang up she called her friend.

"Bestie, Oh God are you still angry with me" she cried.

"Who said I was angry," she said.

"Please all the silent treatment is driving me crazy, I miss you"

"I miss you too, if your free come over and we have dinner together, Alex is cooking," she said.

"On my way now". Patricia hangs up.
