Chapter 1 - Who is following?

A fairy day to a scary day

Date – January 24, 2024

Day - Wednesday

Place- Chhavi's House

(Morning of a High school girl)

(Phone sound coming)

Chhavi's mother - Chhavi, your phone is ringing. Look, Shikha will be calling. She will be waiting for you.

{ Chhavi - an athletic girl, loyal in friendship and always ready to fight, in sharp contrast to Shikha (Chhavi's childhood friend, a simple girl - 11th class topper.)}

School time is 8:00. Chhavi meets Shikha outside her house every day till 8:30 and then from there they both go to school, talking comfortably)

(Today Chhavi is late, Shikha is waiting for her.)

Shikha - Today Chhavi took a lot of time. (Looking at the clock the time is 8:40.)

Chhavi came out after hearing mother's voice. She looks at the phone, a call has come from an unknown number.

Chhavi picks up the phone Chhavi- Hello! Hello - Hello...

Mother: This is Shikha's call, isn't it? I am just saying it

Chavi - No mother, a call has come from an unknown number but no one is answering.

Mom: Give it to me. I will see. But no voice comes from other side after a moment Chhavi starts calling her and she leaves the phone and starts going towards Chhavi.

Chhavi - Looks like the wrong number may have been dialed. Leave it, where is the tiffin box, I am getting late.

Mother: I will bring it now. (holding a list of grocery item and Chhavi's tiffin ) Take the tiffin and these are the grocery things so bring them after school.

Chhavi - Okay Mom, Bye!

Mom: Take care and don't forget to bring your stuff.

Chhavi - 8:47 (shouts while looking at the time on the clock) It is very late today. Don't know whether Shikha would be waiting or not.

(So Chhavi runs and reaches Shikha's house. Shikha is waiting for her. Both of them smile at each other.)

Shikha - You put in a lot of effort, what were you doing today? Never been so late before.

Chhavi - Hey! Shikha, this is not the time to talk. let's go quickly, otherwise we are gonna be late today.

Don't you want to reach?

Shikha - yes, come on quickly.

( Chhavi and Shikha start hurrying to school. On the way, Chhavi feels that someone is following them. Chhavi starts looking back but she does not see anyone there.)

Shikha - Chhavi, what happened? What are you looking behind? Is anybody there?

Chhavi - Oh no.

Shikha- So have you forgotten something?

Chhavi: Oh no, nothing happened. Let's go.

(Chhavi once again looks back but there was no one there.)

But there was someone who's following them.

Suddenly a phone start ringing.

The man picked up the call -

(Boss, why did you stop me? I picked.....

From the other end of the phone: Do as you are told.

- But Boss !

On the other hand – leave these two alone for now. Let's see them later. Now you have to do an another work for me .

- Okay boss, something is definitely going on in your mind. Okay, tell me, what work needs to be done?

On the other hand – you know the work very well.

- Yes, I understood boss.

(Sound of a wicked smile and the phone gets disconnected.)
