Finally! A Second Date!

'What did you specialize in?' Hannah asked curiously. 

Jason messaged back almost immediately. 'Pediatrics. What did you study there?'

'Zoology'

'Oh yeah? That's cool. What do you do with it?'

'I work at the zoo as an animal handler'

Hannah was always careful not to go into specifics. That scared people off too quickly. She always hoped she could at least try to get to know someone before springing that on them and that they wouldn't care by that point because they liked her. 

It hadn't happened yet but it might. It was her only shot, really. She couldn't see any other way for things to work out because her job always made men run for the hills. 

'Interesting! Do you like it?' Jason asked. 

'I do! I prefer working hands on to research so it's the best place for me to be' 

'You do seem like an outdoor kind of gal based on your pictures. Do you go hiking a lot?'

'Nearly every weekend when the weather is nice'
