Chapter 295

Amber just got to her house she was so tired ,she went to take a bath and refresh herself ,she was feeling really sleepy but she wanted to hear from emails be gore she went to bed .

She knew emilia would have gone back to Carl and she knows he suspects her because emilia told her that but still she would call.

He would have to be a man and suck it she said as she smiled to herself .

Picked her phone from the bed and called emilia

The line rang and rang until  it went dead as she called .

She tried it again bit this time the line was switched off .

She walked to the living room and was about to dial a number when a smile spread over her face as she sees a familiar face staring at her with a gun in hand .

And then lets go of the trigger thrice and amber slumps to the ground .

The shooter walks out of the room and locks the door as it was before .

The shooter goes out and takes a cab.

Amber was on the floor as her phone rang and rang  continuously.

She spat blood out as her eyes stay fixed at the ceiling .

She could not reach her phone ,and all she could think of at this moment is her life flashing through .

She could see her dad dancing and her uncle too

And as she laughed heartily at their poor attempt to dance ,she watched her.mom join in and she looks at her brother who was laughing hard too.

It is her birthday and she could see the cake ,she could see everything no clear as still water before the darkness comes for her ,and she lay there motionless .

Carl felt his phone ring and as it did he checked his pockets to see .

He found the phone and pulled it out of his pocket and  looked at his screen .

Harold person was calling .

"Hello Harold "he spoke out loud

Where are you Carl? Harold asks in a low tone.

I am at home doing some work ,if you want to see me that would be tomorrow  he says as he highlights some  digits in the document he is working on.

No Carl ,you have to come to the station now we have a few questions ,emilia is dead ,she....

He hangs  the phone  and calls amber .

Dammit amber pick up the phone he yells .

He fails again and again but nobody answers and then he rushes out if the house and towards his car.

He was now in the building amber lived and he asked the reception lady to call her room .

The lady did as he said as soon as he identified himself as her brother .

As she called the room there was no word ,he urge her to use the spare so they would in check on her .

She calls the security personnel on the building and the all go up to the last floor .
