Studying Mecha

Talrin was Bryndel's third apprentice. Bryndel had two apprentices before, but they didn't turn out great. So, Bryndel decided to keep a close watch on Talrin. Every day, he reminded Talrin to think about the good of the Alliance and told him to love the country.

Soon enough, Talrin became very patriotic, just like Bryndel wanted. But this new outlook made him dislike the Psychic Ware Association. He thought their cramming way of teaching was stifling the kids' talents. So, Talrin started a new Psychic Ware Association. It was small, but the original Association felt insulted by it. The two groups became like enemies.

After Cirilla finished telling Bryndel's story, Arix didn't seem scared. Instead, she looked more interested and said, "Actually, that's quite interesting."
